Bashas is always well stocked, clean, and has reasonable priced groceries, especially weekly sales and manager specials The staff is friendly and management is helpful and accommodating. Parking is never an issue and it is easy to access.

I live in the ECR neighborhood and typically don’t go to this store because of it’s extremely expensive to shop here. But it is convenient and the only grocery store nearby. Well that’s soon to change. But yesterday I had the worst experience there. First I went to the meat counter three times and patiently waiting for service, no one ever came after standing there a couple of minutes. I went and gathered a few things needed then on the third visit back to the counter I finally poked my head through the door and asked for service. The butcher who had been sweeping the floor looked really mad, but that didn’t bother me. I gathered my meat and proceeded to checkout. Once there there was an elderly, heavyset woman wearing a mask assisting a customer in front of me and they appeared to have a conversation going as she was ringing up her groceries. Then when the transaction was done they continued their conversation while I was waiting. All this was done with blatant disregard for me, my time and the only acknowledgement I received was a snarky response when I voiced my opinion about their personal conversation. I gathered all my groceries and went to the adjacent check stand. The service here is horrible and it’s ridiculously expensive. I will drive 10 miles to Safeway moving forward because this store is so poorly managed. Fry’s can’t come soon enough

Do not go to this store. The manager keeps the store disgusting. Food poisoning from all the fruit. And it's a hostile environment. Their customer service encourages stress and does not help customers in need. Go to another Bashes until there's new management at this one.
