I stopped by this grocery store for the first time today just to grab a few quick items, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The store was bright, organized, and had a really pleasant atmosphere — not overcrowded or chaotic like some places can be. The aisles were wide and easy to navigate, and I noticed right away how many quality options they had, from fresh produce to snacks and household essentials.
When I went to check out using self-checkout, one of the employees noticed I didn’t use a loyalty account and came over to help. He explained that if I signed up, I could save some money, and when I gave him my phone number, it turned out I saved $34 right on the spot! That kind of customer service — friendly, helpful, and proactive without being pushy — really stood out. It’s rare these days to find staff who genuinely go the extra mile for customers, especially at a grocery store.
Between the savings, the cleanliness, the variety, and the positive experience with the staff, this visit turned into way more than a simple grocery run. I’ll definitely be coming back — this just became my new go-to store for groceries and everyday items.

Somehow, this pizza looks burnt and raw at the same time. Will not be buying pizza there again.

Clean store with a friendly staff. They have daily lunches at the deli. Including a drink.

Typical Bashas' with a good selection of grocery items a bit higher priced but good quality.

I don't live anywhere near a Bashas. However, I was visiting a friend who needed to go get some groceries and I took her to that store. Growing up on the Northwest side of town, Bashas was the main place that we always went shopping. Great prices, great produce, and the staff were very friendly when I was there that night. Not only friendly, but very helpful.

Just left the store, they had a sign still out for 2 liter of soda being 5 for $1 each. When checking out the sale didn't come up because it was only good until Friday. When we told them the sign was still there Bryan decided to go back and throw the sign away when I went back he tried to play me and my mom as idiots say there was no sign. You could have just apologized about the sign still being out even if you can't still give the deal I would have understood, but no instead you thought you could get away with some shady crap. Screw you Bashas I'm never shopping there again. Overpriced anyway ... Pathetic...

Today I purchased balloons and flowers. Lindsey was THE sweetest and so polite. When I went to check out, Erin helped me, and she was so kind as well! Great customer service!!

This grocery store certainly is clean and well planned. The aisles are wide, the shelves neatly arranged and constantly restocked. They are, in my opinion, over priced however, the products are quality as is the produce section. At least, you need to check them out for yourself! If I lived closer, I’d go there weekly!
