🌟🌟I received a 3 Wick Apple Toddy candle for xmas. It wouldn't burn properly nor light without holding the flame to the wick for longer than normal. I had to pay a difference for the "exchange" for a different candle. What bothered me the most was that in order to do the exchange the clerk #3960234 needed my drivers license. She scanned the back of my ID. THE REASON, "BECAUSE THAT'S JUST WHAT WE DO." and "it help deter Fraud." Since I can't post 2 separate reviews, I'm doing a new review and adding back my other review that was good from Nov 2024....🌟🌟🌟🌟Ordered online, paid online, walked in, picked up my order, and off I went. PERFECT!

Not happy with these people I ordered an order online to pick up at the store and I asked them if they could meet me at the curb due to my pain and my disability. And they refused to meet me when the vehicle would have driven up right to the door and I had my email ready and everything. Very poor customer service.

I really love this location. It's big enough that it has everything and it's all well spaced out, but it's not nearly as busy as the one at the mall. The staff are friendly and helpful here, too.

This location employees are rude and very snobby, generally not interested in helping customers and not trained, refuse to honor the app rewards system. Will make the drive into town to the Tucson or Park Place mall location where everyone is friendly and helpful and knowledgeable!
