The best employee I’ve seen anywhere, Cheyanne, who was working alone the day I came in. She was kind, super efficient, smart, knowledgeable and good at repairs. She made sales, answered phones, replaced batteries on phones and watches and waited on customers with a smile. This rare employee deserves a promotion and a raise! Especially now, when customer service in most places is non existent.

Cheyanne is a definite asset to the company. She was the only one available to do my iPhone battery replacement. While she was doing the repair work, she also waited on in-store customers and dealt with phone-in calls. As with me, she treated customers with the utmost of respect and kindness. Her knowledge base and skills are incredible. She dealt with everyone with a great deal of the most positive attitude, even to those that were slightly grumpy with her. She never treated anyone poorly and again her broad knowledge was evident as she spoke to the people on the phone or dealt with them in the store. She’s just an amazing human being. Even though this store is miles away from my home, I would rather deal with her because I know it would be a very good experience. The guys at the Wilmot location are very good as well but Cheyanne seems to effortlessly go the extra mile to make someone’s day better. She is fantastic! Batteries Plus has great employees all around but I can’t say enough about how much Cheyanne impressed me.

Don’t go here if you’re trying to get your new key fob cut and programmed they completely messed it up. I called ahead of time and Chase said to come on the weekend because a manager had to do it but when i get there he’s in the back and had a team member do it and she messed it up and had to keep going in the back to ask him was she doing it right he only came out to help when it got too busy. Cheyenne the “manager” says it can only be done during the week so which is it? They need to get it together and do better

But a Key Phob from Marana store they said that I would have to take it to the store on First Ave to get it programmed. I did and Chase started to program it said would take about an hour then said its not working and asked if I can bring it back and said it was my Battery car wont start and my screen does not work now. All they offered was to refund and key and I would have to get the car fixed on my own. The manager (Sean) did not even get on the phone with me. Stay away from this Place, As of right now I am. Out all repair cost

They had the battery for my key fob and for much less than dealer... and they are professional, knowledgeable, and very quick. I don't think I was in the store longer than 10 minutes.

Excellent customer service! Cheyenne knows her phones and the possible issues with troubleshooting any device. Chase was a very friendly, helpful associate who helped fix my phone and rang me out. Great team work! Very reasonable prices for battery replacement and screen repairs. Saved me $500 of which I would have spent on a new phone if it wasn’t able to be repaired. I will definitely come again!!

I’m very dissatisfied with their product, first I went to the Wilmot store and they couldn’t cut my key so I had to drive to the 1st location. My key fob broke a month later! A month! I called and asked about a replacement and they said since it wasn’t within 14 days they won’t replace it. I would have just done it myself for $15 had I known this company didn’t back their items.
