Great service! My son’s iPad charger broke off in his iPad The store fixed it very quick when I walked in and for a great rate. The older gentleman was very friendly and pleasant to talk with. We appreciate the good business.

Batteries Plus always has what we need in stock, from auto, garage door and driveway gate batteries to watch batteries and auto accessories. They also offer battery recycling, and are helpful on the phone to advise which type of batteries qualify. It seems to never be busy, and there’s plenty of parking. Great experience each time, so we are repeat customers!

Very friendly and helpful staff on saturday 25th..unfortunately the samsung glass is too expensive. But they spent time looking into other options at no charge. Much appreciated!

Great service and prices. Daniel was very friendly and helpful. He helped me choose a car battery for my Honda and then installed it for me. He even checked my old battery to make sure it was dead and explained car batteries and the warranty. I highly recommend Batteries Plus.

This is the ONLY place I have ever taken an iPhone in for repair. These kind folks fix it, every time, regardless of the issue, and they do it FAST, and for a better price than any other place available. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store at Arizona Pavilions.

I recently purchased a battery from here and Daniel helped me. There was unusual circumstances where my car was having issues with the battery and Daniel went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He worked with his manager to help me and remained in communication. He along with Eric and Shawn not only support me and they were able to get a resolution.

I had the lifetime battery for my key remote for my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. The battery failed after two years and was replaced quickly at no charge.

Today we returned to Batteries Plus in Arizona Pavilions. Erik charged our battery, found that it would not hold a charge and replaced it. He also replaced the batteries on our key fobs. Excellent service and warranties. Erik was amazing to work with, thank you!

If I could give this zero stars I would. Walked in hoping they could help me find a battery for my son's phone. This blonde hair blue eyed man straight sighed and rolled his eyes at me because unfortunately I didn't know my son didn't have the phone but I was able to tell him make n model and still seemed to have a problem. I'll definitely make sure friends and family do not go here..
