To recycle batteries or not?! Whelp all of a sudden they don’t recycle lithium batteries but will gladly take your lead acid ones. Done. Brought batteries here before with no issue all of a sudden it’s an issue. SMH! I don’t like my time wasted or being mislead. Pretty much no service this offers you cannot find elsewhere. They seem very dishonest and misleading. Lure you in with offer of battery recycling but then steer you too city funded hazardous waste. Such BS all around. They should be removed from all battery recycling directories! Downright dishonest. Don’t do business with dishonest and shady.

I took in my mom's very old iPhone for a replacement battery last week, Cheyanne was extremely helpful, did all kinds of troubleshooting, suggested ways to improve battery life, checked current battery status, etc. She replaced the battery and thoroughly explained the warranty included. There were two other associates working as well, as providing excellent customer service. I didn't realize all the things they do there!

I had problems with my key fob ( not wanting to lock) came to the store today and was helped by sapphire (sorry if I didn’t spell it correctly) she was definitely helpful and got my key fobs working again excellent service thank you!

Batteries Plus sold & installed a fine maintenance-free battery in June of 2019. Called same store yesterday. Gordy, store mgr., stated they had one such battery in stock. He put me in hold & fetched battery to put my name on it. Went today. Sapphire installed it personally & correctly. Gordy even waived a fee due to me being repeat customer! Everyone in this store is polite & professional. Recommend their service to anyone!

I was referred to Bat+ from Verizon for a battery replacement on my Samsung phone. I've been there previously ...in /out. This visit was excellent. Sean (sic) ordered the battery...Cheyenne (sic) installed in record time. All associates were friendly and attentatve. Hope not to replace again, but I know where to go if needed! Cheers!

I bought a motorcycle battery and Sergio helped me out. Sergio was professional and could realate to how upset I was about the battery. The other guy that tried to help me was very much a salesman but he helped me get the right battery. Overall the team was great.
Update* the other workers in the shop were very knowledgeable and help full and I just saw Sergio again and he is still great!!

I purchased a lifetime battery warranty for my key fob last year and started having issues with my key fob- it was the battery. The replacement was very quick and efficient, staff was friendly and positive.
