We had a fantastic experience at Battery Plus on Friday around 6 PM on March 28 2025. The salesperson went above and beyond to help us, providing exceptional service with patience and expertise. He took the time to ensure we got exactly what we needed and even went the extra mile to make the whole process smooth and hassle-free. It’s rare to find such outstanding customer service these days, and we truly appreciate his effort. Highly recommend this location and its dedicated staff!

I was able to make an appointment at Batteries Plus and the replacement battery for my iPhone was installed promptly. Very good customer service.
