Kayy, her demeanor is awful. Just not good customer service at all. To anyone, no hi, no bye. I mean just whoa. This bank sucks. But her attitude really makes it worse.

This branch is absolutely awful. Every time I come here literally nothing gets done. From making changes to my account to a simple deposit, multiple visits result in having to visit another PNC branch. They are rude and unhelpful.
