Time to consider a different bank. I originally joined this bank when it was BBVA. It converted to PNC too quickly for me to be able to compare the current service with BBVA. I can say from the two or three bank accounts I've had in the last 30 years, PNC's web service is the absolute worst. The site is often down or will not allow me to sign in. It seems like that should be a simple thing for banks to implement by now. I would like to post less than one star, but can't.

The bank is gone down Hill. Since PNC took over, they won't even honor their checks. They want to put ahold on their own checks. Can't get no help customer service is rude. I'm gonna close out my account and go to my credit Union. I'm done with this bank is junk I'd bank with a homeless guy before I bank with these people ever again

Rude and inconsiderate staff. Every time I go in there it’s something. Looking at their overall rating, I should not be surprised.

If I could give it a zero I would. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue due to incompetence on the banks part for several months and been ignored by three branch reps.

Bad branch, used to be BBVA & were better, now PNC and absolutely rude people at this branch. 2 really bad experiences. I will go to another branch. Disappointed I have banked at this location for years been bought out several times, but PNC the worst so far.

On Tuesday, Mar 1, 2022, my father and I went to the PNC Bank at 5045 E. Broadway in Tucson for the purpose of closing down my father’s account. I will summarize this event by stating that if you are considering opening an account here, I suggest taking your business elsewhere. These people can’t get their computers and printers to work together, do not communicate with each other, are rude to customers and are just plain incompetent. They gave us the runaround and wasted our time.

Experienced discrimination at this branch by the branch banker mls 2067669 today. Went as a customer to have a doc notarized banker took one look at me and said I could go to ups. Called the speedway branch was notarized no problem.

If I could give zero stars to PNC I would. The switch from being a BBVA customer for over a decade to PNC has been terrible.

Arrived to bank at 4:45 to deposit my paycheck. I did not have my debit card on me so I went inside and filled out a deposit slip. Two male tellers were working, one by the door and one at the furthest teller window from the door. The one by the door was already counting the cash in his drawer. The one further in the bank where I was at just kept looking down and typing on his keyboard. They were both ignoring me. Then the one infront of me started counting the money in his drawer. I could hear the counting machine counting away as he fed it money. The hours say "open until 5pm". One of them should stay open until then. After standing there for a minute I loudly said "I guess you are to busy to help me. I will have to start banking somewhere else". I then walked back through the lobby and out the front door. They could have kept me as a customer if one of them had said "I can help you sir" but they just let me leave. This is not the first bad experience I have had with this bank but it will be the last.

Slowest drive thru ever especially dince lobby closed and it a Friday the 5. Domeone should have thought the scheduling alot better. 2 lanes, 1customer service person
