Worst experience set an appointment for a service to arrive to be told they can’t do that service at this location. Then sent me all the way across town to get assistance at another PNC location. Where I did not have an appointment and was required to wait, obviously I set an appointment for a reason. Maybe just maybe there employees should call to confirm appointment reason before having the client get there to be then turned away.

Support is terrible. The chat acts like they don't know. Support number runs you in circles. Absolutely no help at all amd they want me to pay a fee but can't even help me figure out access to my accounts. This bank is extremely dumb. Wouldn't trust them at all. If you have extremely bad credit then you probably know this. Im no longer trying anymote and will let the debt and account sit abandoned since I can't fix the issue alone.

It’s really amazing how most people blame the bank for their errors. I was at park and grant last week and a man who came in maybe two minutes before me got upset with the female teller about the wait. She was the only one working and got a long line down quickly. Being understaffed is hard enough but his wait wasn’t long at all. he tried to be rude but she was straight forward and professional. I don’t bank here but I would hire her at my job, I was surprised she wasn’t a manager I was impressed by her professionalism and great attitude despite the entitlement some people have. I called and got her name Georgina you belong in management if you aren’t already great job !!!!!

Although this is not a bank i use but cash my checks at they always seem understaffed but the same 3 people I always see there are helpful professional and welcoming. The female teller knows her stuff and has been helpful when I sit with her about loan I n fo and is professional. Maybe I'll bank there in the future Nick Carlos and georgina are always helpful and funny! Great job guys

This particular Branch most definitely abides by my security policies... So much that I can barely get my own balance if and when I try to... No complaints here... I do however wish they had a restroom for their clients and I am so glad they got there front door fixed after someone obviously tried to but did not succeed in robbing them. Also.. with this particular sight on the midtown side of Tucson... They should consider them having the debt card printer at this location since they seem to have there security system down pact... Not to mention it's closer to me ?

I have Seen people not know how customer service works but this location says it all. They are always welcoming and professional. I was so impressed by a banker there she calmed down the grouchy entitlement people who walked in there. Georgina and Carlos seemed busy but got this done there was obviously a short staff but that didn't bother them. Georgina got lines down quickly and Carlos talked to people while they waited give them a raise!!!!

I needed to deposit a Cashier's Check today and this was the closest branch for my bank. Now that I've moved from the Menlo Park area it would appear that this branch on East Grant Rd @ Park Ave is now going to be my "home bank." Everyone here was super nice today and respectful down to security. I really enjoy banking with PNC, they're always very helpful and offer the right information if I have any questions. Bravo!

I always enjoy visiting this branch for only one employee. And that is Georgina, she always has a great smile on her face. Always very knowledgeable about products, making sure that my banking needs are met. Everyone else seems to be on there phone and not so inviting like she is. Georgina always goes above and beyond out of her way each time I visit. And I thank you. ? other teller there always seems like she is sick, Coughing over money and I just wouldn't want to be handling with that. Send employees home if they're sick. Just doesn't look good in a branch. Especially after covid.

Edit: New visit, just as bad. Still can't deposit at the ATM.PNC is by far the worst bank I have dealt with. It is always something. BBVA was a great bank...until PNC bought them out/took over.
