This organization has been totally misleading with their policies and procedures to the public. DO NOT work or support any organization that has absolutely NO LOCAL POWER. RUN away from this bank. You will be glad you did ?.

We needed debit cards and they can be made at the Oracle office so we went there after opening our account at the LA Cholla office. Account representatives were very helpful and efficient at both locations.

Only one PNC branch open in all of NW Tucson. Had issue that the teller could not help me with. After waiting for 20 minutes for a personal banker, I was then told banker had an appointment and no idea how much longer I'd have to wait. Horrible Service

I had the BEST, most friendly customer service I have EVER received at a bank. The woman who helped me (I believe I was actually her first account she opened up) did such an amazing job! She even stayed after closing time to finish signing me up for a checking and savings account, showed me how to use my online banking, answered all my questions and even told me I could get $250 just for signing up for direct deposit on my checking and opening a savings account. I have already told MOST my friends and coworkers about this bank and am HAPPY to leave this Yelp review! GREAT JOB, BBVA on Ina! You ladies are the BEST! -A very happy new customer, Jacob Schmidt

Horrible slow service waited in drive thru for 10 minutes to be told I could not do certain service in drive thru.

Great service. Needed a notary and was helped by a very friendly staff. While we waited the manager came out and apologize for the wait ( less than 5 min) and created a nice conversation with us. In today's banking environment it's nice to see service is still in available.

Very difficult for them to process a SBA loan that is theirs. Been here 30 min and still they have trouble. I do realize it doesn’t happen every day but this is in the wheelhouse, it took 30 min to even ask for help. Nice about it but frustrating. UPDATE I am increasing because they pulled out of it with excellent customer service at the end.

I have never been to a bank so willing to let anybody withdraw money from your account without ID and owner permission but I've seen it for real! Insider fraud! Never Bank Here!

ATM safety is an issue. When pushing in your code, the machine is extra loud to the point where it hurts your ears. It is obvious to all near and far that you just finished pushing in your code, and your account is now opened. I did make a complaint, and they said they could not fix the machine. (Are you kidding me?) I do not feel safe using their ATM and they did not seem to care.
