So I went last night try to go through the drive-thru and it wouldn't take my card or tap either so I had to drive to the front of the bank and get out of my truck and walk with my cane up the ramp. So luckily that ATM took my card just fine. Also I am not a huge fan of the drive-thru ATM it is super cramped and could possibly have a difficult time driving a non-compact vehicle through there. Super annoying-fix that mess....

My new account got off to a rough start. Even though the bank rep was aware that I was going to transfer money from my old account to PNC, she neglected to inform me that there is a different routing number for wire transfers. Nor was it mentioned anywhere in the literature I was given. It made it very difficult and time consuming to move my money.Then she forgot to order the checks she had asked us about and when they didn’t show up in our mailbox, we were very worried. She did, however investigate the problem and help us resolve it.My trust in the bank has been affected by these circumstances.

Recently made a deposit via Drive-thru at the Crossroads branch. Horrible experience! First, their intercom system makes them sound like the teacher in the Peanuts cartoons. Second, it took over 4 minutes for the teller to process my deposit- I was the Only car in the Drive-thru!I've kept the account with PNC (BBVA\Compass) out of sheer laziness and easy access to Zelle. Time to stop being lazy and value myself more. PNC keeps proving they don't!

Spent hours on hold attempting to create a Zelle account. Although bank employees tried to be helpful, they are unable to help me. Had PNC supervisor lodge accelerated complaint. By the time PNC called me back a week later, I had moved my account to Wells Fargo.

For a bank, teller wasn't great at math... Told me it was 2% to cash a check. I had two checks for $70.00... she said that was $4.00.. I said no... It's 2.80... no it's 4... You said 2%... Yeah of each check... 2% of 70x2 is 2% of 140 so $2.80... not impressed.
