By far worst bank experience ever. I started a small business on march 1st opened the account everything was fine. Then in April they canceled my account for having a DBA (they never asked for any docs) it's has now been 2 weeks and am being told that I am week out from getting my money. I went into the branch multiple times and was never told or asked for anything. The manager then acted like we could save it and I NEVER EVEN GOT A FOLLOW ON WHEN I CAN EXPECT MY MONEY. I AM NOW HAVING TO TAKE A LOAN TO PAY MY PEOPLE. THIS BRANCH AND STAFF ARE TRASH AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON.

Today, unfortunately I went to cash my payroll check as I do every two weeks I open the account with PMC so I will not have the horrible 2% that is charged every time … I am still getting issues cashing my check Please train your employees better. If the check is from PNC Bank there is no hold on my check if it is not from PNC Bank there will be a whole explain the branch manager on Grant

This review is for the PNC location on Speedway, and more specifically, for Lucky, who assisted me with multiple transactions and was so phenomenal to work with. What an asset to this branch. I am grateful.

Wasn't very pleased with the level of service. I've been going to the branch since January twice a month and there's one teller specifically that says they can't do a certain transaction EVERYTIME I go in because my account hasn't been open for 12 months. Then I have to proceed to go through the spiel and low and behold it then gets done.

Well, I'm only been a member for a short. of time but in that short. of time the online services has been done I don't know how many times and I have to reset it in order to get into my account. I tried calling this morning to check my account. Information since the online and mobile banking was down. Yeah, no one's answering the phone. There's no way for me to get an accent counting of my account. So right now don't know if I got money at night and that's all acceptable

Lots of personnel changes since we had used the "inside" tellers and other services at this bank. Previously used drive-up teller and ATM services. There was a mix-up in the time scheduled for the appointment, but the teller and the manager went out of their way to help us and to make us comfortable until we could see the advisor. The manager spoke very highly of Jerry, the man we waited to speak with. Jerry was even training another associate. Jerry was very knowledgeable, intuitive, and helpful. We left the session with some action completed, some things to consider, and possible next steps to be taken. The expediency and the efficiency were much appreciated, and gave a very positive impression of this bank branch and its current personnel.

I volunteer helping to run a small non profit and we banked with BBVA, who was purchased by PNC. It's been a nightmare. First we had issues with not receiving the new bank card, then they made us jump through hoops to add a signer, I had to leave to go to work because it took over an hour so I went back to the bank and had to sign papers. Weeks later they realized they made an error and had me come back to sign more papers. Months later they realized they made MORE ERRORS and called me to come back but I missed the call (allegedly they left a voicemail). So I didn't know they needed my signature again on the papers I signed MONTHS AGO, because I missed one phone call. Their solution? they closed the account and sent me a check.I'm so frustrated by their lack of professionalism, and there was nothing they could do to help me. So now instead of volunteering my time to help the community I'm spending it setting up a new bank account.the kicker, they don't even use any tracking on the check.The folks that work at the branch were great when it was BBVA and there are a lot of friendly faces here but PNC totally failed when they took over and didn't train anyone.

There have been times since PNC took over that I've considered going to another bank. I called to remove my wife's signature from our accounts, since she passed away. I had already sent a death certificate to the national offices and left one at a different PNC bank. But was told that made no difference and I needed to bring in another to the Speedway branch.I spoke with a woman who informed me she was a "senior banker" and was very rude. When I said I could just take all my money out of the bank, her response was to go ahead. She was a horrible represtative for PNCI'm still deciding what to do.

Always Rude workers , not friendly and they always look miserable . The ATM is slow. The customer should feel welcomed not uncomfortable.

Fast, professional... All the other whiners complaining have nothing better to do with their time, except give every business one star and two stars reviews. Nothing ever makes them happy so they lie in their reviews. Never experienced an issue at BBVA.

There were issues with the activation of a new BBVA Business Card. The web address given to activate the card didn't exist, the number to activate kept saying invalid account, the 1-800 customer service supposedly activated it. However, it was declined twice trying to purchase. Alex at the Speedway location gave us excellent customer service, digging into the problem. It was never properly activated. Alex had them activate it. The corporate customer service is a hot mess. Thankfully the local branches are very helpful.
