I've been a long time customer, and I'm tired of the poor customer service, they give you cheap cards, so cheap that the numbers wear off then they want to charge you over 7 dollars to replace it, but they don't tell you that, i told the teller twice my address and she sent it somewhere else, so i go in to the bank and cancel the card and reorder other card, and again i tell the teller the address twice, a week and a half later i go online and find they still have my old address, so i call the 800 number what a complete nightmare that was, i was on the phone with a computer going around and round when i finally spoke to a human there phone connection was bad, could not hear a word from them, so i tried to call my local branch and they were closed, and its 4th of July weekend. this bank is the worst bank I've ever done business with, completely unprofessional, if they cant even get a address right why should you trust them with your money. I would not recommend this bank to anyone..

This location is suffering from bad management. Visiting this location doesn’t usually bring stress but that last time did. So according to a manger at this location my mother couldn’t deposit a check from another family member because the check wasn’t “fully filled out”; according to his professional opinion. Well, went down the street to a different branch and had it deposited. She asked if there is an issue with the check and the branch is like, NO. So, she had the money deposed by a competent member of a PNC bank. Anyways. Just weird, annoying and really poor customer service.

Won't release your own money. I'd go into more details but they have a standing policy that you can only withdraw (x) never had that problem with compass wells Fargo chase. All of which allow you to access your money PNC is a bank that doesn't care about the client just that they can use your money to prop up there investments which every bank does but PNC is the only bank that has a cap on what you can withdraw from your own account. That is theft folks. Stay far away from PNC

This is the slowest bank I’ve ever dealt with and they’re not even ever unusually busy. They don’t even give updates like it’ll just be another minute, we’re finishing this up and on the phone no saying it’s going to be a while can I have the banker call you back or schedule an appointment. Three hours on hold until they hung up on me before my phone almost died. They also charge preposterous daily processing fees for their POS system on business accounts.

Good luck getting some at this branch to answer the phone! I tried three times wasted 20 minutes and no one answered. Customer Service FAIL!

I'd recommend other branches. Especially if you don't want to wait, and wait...and wait. I just drove down the street to another branch, who knows I might still be in line if I hadn't left. Oh and I was the only person there except for the one customer at the window who I guess was opening an account or something for someone else and had to walk papers back and forth from the seated waiting area while the 2nd teller was on a long phone call. Don't bankers usually handle longer transactions/processes? Also no one even said anything, no hello, no we'll be with you in a moment.

On the SW corner of Pantano and Broadway this is a pretty standard bank. There is a drive thru and a walk up ATM. The inside is clean and comfortable. There are places to sit if you're waiting and a water and Keurig station if you're thirsty. The staff is very friendly, professional and efficient. The parking lot is kind of tight so if they're busy it might be tough to find a spot.

This is one of the great bank in usa. I tried most of the banks in usa but i think this one is the best . First time i walked in and applied for mortgage, i got approved, i am home owner now with great program. All staff who worked at pantano and Broadway branch were super nice and professional. Honestly they really tried to help their customer. I think anyone can trust to staff % 100 in this bank . All staff in this branch first of all they really work for customers then they work for themselves. Loan officer jaime massey who worked for my mortgage application such a nice lady, so friendly, honestly, and great and professional. Any time i texted her ,immediately she responded or some times i called her so early but she never got mad .they really followed up with me for any thing . Kennedy, Michelle,... every one are professional. I have great experience and unforgettable experience with this bank . I recommend this branch to everyone, i am sure they make you happy

My issue is not with the people at this branch, they have been easy to deal with for the most part. Not being open on saturday will cost them my business. I've been with them for over three years and only asked them to raise my atm limit and they said no! So they limit my access to my own money! BS! I'm moving on saturday and am out of state, so they have made this move even harder. They are good at saying sorry. Take your $$$ elsewhere!
