Quinn was excellent at the Ulta Brow Bar at North Oracle in Tucson. I went in with a very frustrated look from a previous botched brow treatment at another salon, different city. Eyebrows Done! Made an appointment for the eyebrow wax & tint service fo $36. So clean, sanitary, efficient & pleasant. Brandon made my daughters first experience so awesome. Excited to make an appointment for myself next!

Brow waxing is overpriced, I was expecting more for paying double the price of any other waxing . Eyebrows were not cleaned up or shipped properly and tiny hairs were still visible after waxing.

Good customer service I can vouch for that. However being stocked is completely unesseccary. Also the people that work here should know more knowledge on products. A lot of times they don't know half the stuff i ask about that's on the online store. One time I called to see if they had the best of becca radiance kit in stock. The lady said we don't carry the full line of becca. Try Sephora. I said I understand but this is a kit that says online "ONLY AT ULTA". Then I seen online a new ULTA BRAND "eye awakening brightening kit" I Ask the guy about it he has no idea what I'm talking about. Like come on know ur products, not to mention one girl at the register didn't even know what Apple Pay was. Oh and check this out online they now sell Estée Lauder and it's coming to select stores. I asked the lady if they will be getting Estée Lauder in store at this location and she says "we don't carry Estée Lauder at all" I
Said yes you do you can now purchase it online. Lol other than that ulta is an awesome store to
Shop at. Just please stop stalking ur customers religiously.
