My daughter moved to Tucson and was sleeping on a new mattress that we bought from a furniture store. After 6 months, this mattress started to show signs of having been worn in the center and was sagging. No more chain stores for me. I went to Best Mattress, a yellow store where I had trouble finding the entrance... but persevered. We entered the store, and after telling the owner our story he set us up with the perfect high quality mattress at a price that was much lower than what we experienced at other chain stores. The owner was quite forthcoming with information and listened carefully. He's been around in this business for 40 years telling me that he knows what people want and can deliver. The delivery process was as equally pleasant. I would recommend Best Mattress to anyone ... it's definitely a store to visit before making any purchase.

What a great shop and owner! Had a terrific experience buying a mattress for our son moving to U of A. Fred helped guide our decision based on our needs and budget without being pushy. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable, professional and affordable. Can't ask for more!

Great service! Fred stayed open late for us to pick up a box spring & frame and even helped us load it up on the car. He was very accommodating. What an effortless & pleasant experience while we were tired and a little frazzled.

Back in March, I visited this establishment (the building is a wonderful bright yellow). There are a variety of mattresses to try out (I was interested in testing out the hybrid ones) and they also sell mattress covers and a cooling sort of pillow. Aaron was friendly, informative, guaranteed my satisfaction, and went out of his way to deliver my new mattress the same day! I picked out a firm one (considering the needs of my significant other over my desire for ultimate plush-ness) and since sleeping on it for over 3 months, we are happy with the purchase and would return here in the future for our next mattress.

Best mattress purchase experience ever! Staff took the time to really listen to our needs and concerns, was very patient as we tried out many models, and helped us find just the right one. Also we had a great experience with delivery and setup with a thoughtful and careful team. All of this at a fair, no-nonsense price. We'll definitely buy here again, and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who is tired of the big mattress corporate chains.

We recently bought a mattress for our grandmother. It had to be custom built because it goes inside her RV. My husband ordered it and I picked it up. It took 10 days for the mattress to be ready. Its great condition and very well made. We have used them for all our mattresses.

My daughter just moved to town and was looking for a new mattress set for her new place. I was only in town for a few days to help and wanted to get this off the to do list. We happen to luck up on Best Mattress Inc. We met Fred who was such wonderful sales associate. He helped my daughter pick out the perfect mattress and box spring set. Fred was able to set up delivery for that same week. We really appreciate his kindness and help. Fred truly made the process stress free. The delivery and set up was very quick and professional as well. The two delivery men Aaron and Adam were super nice and wonderful. Also, I appreciate Aaron and Adam for being on time for the scheduled delivery window. They unwrapped and set up the mattress and boxspring in no time and took the plastic wrapping with them. They both were reassuring if my daughter needed anything to give them a call. From start to finish Best Mattress Inc. sales and delivery was an A+. Plus you can not beat their prices anywhere else. Such an amazing place- don't mind the outside appearance. Fred is awesome. Honest, knowledgeable, affordable, and just really likeable. Was a really refreshing experience compared to the bullsh*t/pressure/buzzwords that mattress firm will put you through.
