This is about the company. Not a certain property. I was told I could price match. I did. Found a way better rate with free cancellation too. Got denied by some fine print that the lady on the phone left out when telling me about the price matching procedure. This will be the LAST time I stay at a best western property. Yes I spoke to someone. "Our policy is wat it is". And on the phone I was told "I need to brush up on it too since I didn't know if either". Yes the problem solving department said that to me on the phone tonight at 1855 Tucson Az time. They admitted to me they don't look or read the policy. WOW. But they sure do enforce it when I found a way better rate. NOT COOL. I WILL POST THIS EVERYWHERE!!!!!

Called for late check-in and shuttle services. Was told the shuttle does not run but ask another shuttle to bring us (no such thing). Once arrived the check in process was easy. The lobby area is very nice. Once past that, everything is old and run down. Room carpet was disgusting. The toilet is for a toddler. Walked into the room and the window was wide open - screen pulled back as if someone had tried to break-in. It served its purpose. ---Lay don't stay

I decided to stay here because my boyfriend booked a hotel for me. I will say the hotel is nice but I had just left from court and asked to extend my room maybe three hours and was seeing if she would work with me and she was rude unwilling to help while I'm pregnant . She's blonde and wears heavy, heavy make up. Dealing with someone who is upset is really hard to deal with but at the end of the day, the customers always right and you have to put your pride to the side for the sake of the company. I have never had anybody go back-and-forth with me the way she did . it's giving high school. It's a nice hotel but it's cheap for a reason there's plenty of tweakers just hopping around here.

Dated hotel and seemly made out of cardboard with thin walls and floors! However, I needed a room due to an unexpected trip to Tucson during the Gemshow, when low-end motels were charging $300-400 a night and this place was less than 1/3 of that. I knew I wasn't going to get a great place, so my expectations were low to start. Hotel was 90% empty, but I still got placed next to a loud family. A trip to the front desk resulted in a much quieter room with no neighbors. The room itself had no major issues but the rest of the hotel was funky smelling in places and was in various states of repair. The big plus for me was the Indian restaurant, which is part of a small chain in Tucson. Very good food and service. So, if you know what you are getting into, it is an OK place.

The room was not good. Room 251. Carpet was filthy. Mold on the bathroom ceiling and walls. Didn’t the mold until the next morning while taking a shower. There was nothing quiet about the rooms either. This place needs some major updates!!!! It is not even a Best Western either. Still had BW signs up. Very disappointed.

Made a rsvp with breakfast included but when checked in the front desk said it happened to be under new ownership and they won’t honor free breakfast. We booked for 7 nights and the room was dirty and very moist smelly. We can hear noises around us from above and rooms next to us. There was no room service for our entire stay.

It semms to me The owner, whos name is Mohkam Bath by the way, of this hotel which is now called HOTEL BRIDGEWAY TUCSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT must have a problem with white people I just witnessed the owner verbically harassing one of his workers it seems to me she/was the only white worker there I've been there for 2 days and I have witnessed that young lady work hard around there. But I also noticed the owner doing nothing but giving her a hard time for the last 2 days. But I never seen him give any of his other workers problems and they hardly even do their jobs the front desk workers just sit here and does nothing i will be cheaking out but im white and if he harasses his worker how would i be sure he wont harrass me i would not staying here ever ever again the owner should be ashamed of himself and i hope that worker gets what she deserves for her hard work because no obe should ever treat anyone the way he treated her. Dont dtay here the room smelled, the sheets had public hair on them but I only am staying here because my job is paying for it .

As soon as we got to our room it was super hot and humid as if someone just took a hot shower. There was mold on the inside and outside of the room and the beds and carpet were both a bit damp. Also the walls don't block any sound at all which kept me up all night. Only got a 25$ refund after showing the mold and everything.

Staying here for work in the Tucson area. Very quiet hotel with lots of covered and uncovered parking. Nice atrium area for enjoying outdoor space with friends. Very comfortable beds and overall a nice experience. I stay in hotels 280+ days a year and this is definitely one I will be returning to when working in this area.

Do yourself a favor and find a different place to stay. This is no longer a Best Western because they could not meet the standards. The entire place is extremely run down. There were bugs in the bathroom, the door did not seal, the window shades could not be closed to block out the light, the shower knob was not attached, and there was no breakfast.

Awful hotel, smells like too much cologne and services were poor. Housekeeping didn’t make beds prior to our stay, and towels were not clean. Also didn’t serve breakfast despite being included in the price. Would not recommend.
