8/28 i went in for a pair of shoes, guy working the shoe sales area there was very busy so i waited patiently. He was so damn nice and helpful for me getting just the right shoes. I came to big 5 from a coworkers suggestion and im so glad i did. You dont find very many workers that are so polite, helpful and professional. Very rare shopping experience thank you
