The staff for take-out orders need training in customer service skills and so do some waiters (guys). It's been my experience that they don't know how to be polite and say "I actually don't work in the take-out order department, but let me find you someone who can help you." Which I'm sure they can easily help out if they wanted to. Instead they say "Hold on. I don't work here." I'm sure they can help out any restaurant guest if they wanted to and they never knew if I had a simple question or if I was there for a take-out order. They made an assumption. Other than that, the atmosphere is good here.

I don’t know if it was just an off night or what but for a Saturday night it was very slow but our server was not attentive at all. Forgot to put in part of my order and didn’t offer to make it right by any means. I would ask for things and she would bring me something I didn’t ask for. The food wasn’t all that for the price either.

The mashed potatoes tasted like there was to much salt I said something to the server an was told there's no salt in our mashed potatoes. Sad to be lied to. The steak was amazing the rootbeer was in my top 100. Menu was dirty under the table was dirt the bench had crumbs in it and the coaster was sticking to my glass it has sticky stuff on it. Overall the place needs some care taken. Tlc. I don't want to talk about the floors here.

Food is usually great, as is everything else. I think the cinnamon roll pizookie falls short. Stick with one of the classics. The roll is too hard to cut up and eat.

I've been to BJ's twice. The first time was with my cousins from California and the 2nd time was last September for my birthday. So today I decided to finally use my gift card that I received 5 months ago. I ordered the fish and chips and brought it home to enjoy in front of the TV. What I thought was going to be a good meal, turned out to be a big disappointment. I had 3 pieces of fish in my order. Hell, I had more lemon slices then I did fries. All I know is that the times I went in and sat down and had a meal, the servings were huge. But for some reason, the take out meals are really sad. I will NEVER order take out again. Thank God for Culver's.

This place is great! Christian is a great waiter, really made us feel welcome. We were very surprised with the food as well. The Best mozzarella sticks ive had and the burgers were top tier! The value greatly exceeds the cost here!!

Came for lunch and really disappointed. It didn't help that in an almost empty restaurant we were packed in between 2 tables and 2 booths when we could have sat one booth away without being in a unmanned section. If the hostess had been paying attention to the room at all, I would hope she would have avoided seating us next to a permissive mother. The Mom was not engaging her children, instead sitting with her nose in her phone occasionally yelling at them to sit down while her eldest son was hanging his body over the booth into our seats. It took quite some time to get any service, I'd say about 10 minutes. The only benefit to the delay, is the mother and her children left before we received our food. The waiter was nice and polite, but his voice was soft. Please ask the staff to speak clearly and a bit louder. His voice was very hard to discern among the patron's voices, music and background noise.Lunch was sad. The Strawberry Fields salad was bland and wilty and the Chicken Parm was pathetically small, with an overprocessed flavor on the pasta. The chicken itself on the chicken parm was tasty. The Mac looks like boxed Kraft and also tastes overly processed. They have a boba style drink and put the sharp end of the straw face up. Hurt my mouth cause I didn't even notice until it was too late.Speaking of drinks, the Heff and the Mango Sparkler were the only redeemable parts of the meal.BJ's we used to really enjoy coming there and we understand that inflation can cause some challenges for price points but if we have to choose between BJ's and another restaurant the increase of inconsistencies when it comes to quality food and services will encourage us to seek alternatives in the future.

Atmosphere and crowd excellent! Service good but keep after them for your food. The appetizers more than 1 person can handle. Family friendly and a clean establishment!

My mom and I went to BJ's for their Prime rib dinner, which as always was delicious. But the meal came out before the salad! The person who brought it out, (not the waiter) asked if we wanted him to leave them at the table. I told him no. We didn't want them to sit and get cold while we were eating our salads. So he brought them to the back. Partway through our salads, the waiter brought them out again, and asked if we were ready for him to put them at the table. I said okay, but I was still annoyed. They were only a little warm by the time we ate them. Prime rib is something that is already cooked, so it seems to me that it would be easy to time it to come out after the salad.

This place used to be half way decent, but it depends on what you got. Always had to send the wings back for crispy...today I had to send the 1st batch twice, still not right, in fact inside was raw. Offered me another order, sent it back twice also. Waited an hour, then they wanted to charge me...I will never come here again. I've never seen more stupid cowardly people in a town like Tucson before and I've been to many places in this world.

I've had so so lunches at BJ's but my meal today was spectacular. I had the buttermilk fried chicken with cheddar mashed potatoes and succotash (couldn't find any beans however) with a brownie pizzokie for dessert. The chicken was juicy and tender, the mashed potatoes smooth and decadent and the corn very tasty. Brandon, my server, was wonderful and I even talked to Chad the Manager. All in all a terrific experience, really! Oh yes, there are no words for the pizzokie.

I told him about it and all he said was sorry and I order dessert forgot to strawberries told him about it after I was done with the dessert I can bring you some strawberries, he says. I spend over 80 dollars for horrible food horrible service will never go back stay far away cause you’ll be disappointed like I was!!
