Don’t bother with them. Their store is closed for remodeling. I tried ordering online and they shut down their e-commerce for nearly a week for inventory. I’ve been waiting a week since I placed my order and it still has not shipped. Terrible customer experience.

Weird vibes. Dark store with sally beauty energy. I think there may have been a sewage leak or something because it smelled weird. Light a diptyque candle idk. They have r&co which is cool.

The Staff are so knowledgeable and helpful! Randi and Jen are some of the finest Employees! Never really paid much attention to Trish Mcevoy and I’m so glad Randi showed me the line! I walked out with a gorgeous selection of brushes!

I recently went for skin care help and the people here are amazing especially Lorena. She (Lorena) was patient and very knowledgeable about the products that she was using on me. I loved my experience, can’t wait to continue shopping here.

My first time going into this store and I fell in love. I was completely uneducated about the importance of good skin care routine, and after using the products I purchased I can see a difference in a week. Lorena, who I believe was the manager, was amazing. She took so much time to answer my questions, and I left comfortable with the knowledge she gave me.

the last time I went to sport clip I was charge a lot and I didn't ask for mvp and the lady did the mvp without my concern I thought she wanted just to wash my hair to cut it better but started doing the mvp and now a hair cut 30$? and I paid the total of 40$ and that was 2 weeks ago and now my hair is grown because she didn't do the zero on the sides like I told her but I will never go to sport clips unless they give me the the 10$ refund for the mvp I didn't want but cost cutters are cheaper they charge 20$ for a cut and they do a nice hair cut maybe everyone should go there or somewhere cheap

The service was amazing! They made sure to ask me what my goal is as for my skin care. The manager Lorena was so professional and made sure I left with the knowledge needed for my products I purchased. 10’s across the board !!

The staff is rude. It isn't the fault of the customers. I wouldn't call the staff stuck up so much as not bright and not professional. They run the store like a K Mart because that is their mentality. The problem is with the management who hires them.

I came in here for one thing, it was the only place in Tucson that had it. They have a great selection of products. BUT THE STAFF. The women are so rude and stuck up for literally no reason, they don’t greet you when you walk in. Just complete silence. There was one really sweet woman with blonde hair, asked if we needed help. Other than that, they all seem to be bothered by anyones existence. The employees superiority complex is simply the only reason I will not be returning. I can buy this stuff online. Do better.
