Tyson Kessler should be commended on the handling of my situation. A lot of businesses nowadays are operating short handed blame post COVID blame people not wanting to work whatever, it's there. Communication was good from him concerning my car. The issue was fixed and I walked away happy which could have gone the other way but Tyson made the situation much better.

Oh no. Don't go here. I took a test drive because my 2015 435i was totaled in an accident. I had yet to receive the insurance payout, and I wanted to hold off the buying process til the loss was processed. I looked unto afew used cars and took a test drive to get a feel for a suv type of vehicle. The sales rep ran some hypothetical numbers and swar not to run a credit report. Yep, the liar did just that. Needless to say that I got a new 2023 BMW at Chapman BMW in Phoenix where I got my last 3 German cars.

I brought my car in for a standard engine oil change and recall. Their mechanics messed up the recall, doubling the time of my estimated stay. I was supposed to be waiting 1:30hr, and after a frustrating 3 hours I went up and asked about my car, then I had to wait for the service manager to tell me what was wrong (he finally came after waiting another 40 minutes). The service manager and the rest of the service department never even had the common courtesy to tell me what was wrong the second they messed up. On top of that, I am a female student studying automotive engineering and I got talked to like I was a child, and I was not treated with any respect. This service is completely unacceptable.

This dealership was paid 6,200 by an auto repair shop, Royal Collision, to replace a sunroof on my BMW X5 35i. After 3 years the track broke on the interior sliding panel. BMW said that it was going to cost $2400 to repair because it only has a 2-year warranty. I went all the way to the top of BMW customer support. They all fell inline and said that warranty is 2 years, not up for discussion,Sorry. The previous sunroof lasted 7 years with no issues, it wasn't until they replaced it with a brand new out of the crate sunroof that I had this problem. You can talk to James Jones, the shop manager with BMW on Wetmore.. He will tell you that there are problems with these and there's nothing he can do. He even suggested that I stop using it because it costs a lot to repair it. Very disappointing. They could do better, they should be better, right?

I am a retired military service member with a son who is currently an active-duty Navy member on deployment who entrusted with me the responsibility and care of his 2013 BMW 328i sedan.My review is specifically about the poor and customer service experience I had with a BMW Tucson service advisor (SA).A few months ago, I brought in my son's BMW for diagnosing an engine oil leak.In a cell phone call a BMW service technician discovered and informed me that another repair facility's (my son used before his deployment) improperly placed an oil drain plug which damaged the oil drain pan and required replacing both items costing approximately $3200.00 dollars in parts and labor.I opted instead for completing $625.00 dollars' worth of other past due scheduled maintenance services.When I arrived to pick up the vehicle the SA informed me that they normally provide a free car washing (which I was not previously aware of) and specifically brought to my attention the rear brake light panels were loose and or missing bracket screws. They elected bypassing washing the vehicle due to concerns of water getting into the light's housing brackets thereby causing possible electrical damage. The SA then told me "Have a good day!" then returned to his office.My complaint is that after spending $600; with the vast, combined knowledge of highly trained, skilled, technicians and mechanics at their disposal who maintain, repair highly technical, sophisticated pieces of German automotive engineering you could not find some way to protect the brake light housing and give me the free car wash anyway?This is indicative that owning a luxury vehicle does not guarantee at BMW Tucson that this SA will go far above and beyond ensuring his customers exceptional, rewarding customer service experiences.

So I live in Phoenix and in the market for a BMW 430i. Wanted a specific color and interior. Exact same car sitting 10 miles from me, but dealer brushed me off. Turn to BMW of Tucson and Rachel Bracety and boom two days later I'm driving 2 hours to go pick me new car up. Super personable, quick response, and worked with me to get where I needed to be in payment. From finance to just the over all experience this prob was the best new car buying experience I have had. The drive out of my way well worth it. If you go definitely ask for Rachel.

Vehicle was stolen and recovered. Brought it here for diag and inspection. They said it’s $1700 to continue diag because they needed to do a software upgrade.I asked about the concerns I dropped it off for, sunroof not opening, error message on the info system. And requested a written estimate.First delivery didn’t include concerns. Second had a keyed in line that said windows and sunroof don’t open. Needs further diag. $350.Literally didn’t check the system at all.Very disappointed. I didn’t hear from the service advisor for two weeks before calling someone else and informing them I’d be picking the car up. Then I got two calls from service advisor.We are trading the bmw in, but disappointed to say the least with the level of service here.Service: Electrical repair
