“These guys are angels. My daughter rear ended someone recently in her little 2007 Toyota Yaris, which has over 230k miles on it. After taking it to a mechanic to make sure there wasn’t any major damage to the frame or axles, my daughter took the car to a highly rated body shop, and they quoted us nearly $2000, which is probably 60% of the cars’ value. My daughter tried to explain that she really didn’t need it to be perfect, she just wanted the reinforcement bars behind the bumper to be repaired so that we could properly attach the bumper and ensure the car had a proper impact barrier. She didn’t even care that the hood was slightly bent, or that the hood release latch no longer worked. Before she could even get all that information out, the man, who had been talking down to her the whole time, told her she should just buy a new car. Well why didn’t we think of that? Haha.
So my daughter stopped by JayBees Auto Service to see if they had any recommendations for a body shop, since the people there are so great, and Jackie recommended my daughter go to Spraymaster and ask for Richard. So that’s what she did, and Richard knew exactly what my daughter needed, understood we didn’t want to sink a bunch of money into the car, and he was quick to find a solution for her. He had my daughter drop the car off at 7 am this morning, so he could take a look, and he was able to pull the support bars back into place, and reattach the bumper, fix the hood and latch release, and the car was done at 1 pm. The car looks as good as it did before the accident. The bars do not appear to be compromised or weakened in any way. He even put a new emblem on the car, as the original one was damaged. All for just $300!! I was so elated. We’ve had a lot of stressful things happen all at once recently, and these guys just lifted so much weight off of my shoulders. I feel so much better knowing my daughter is driving in a safe car again.
I got to meet Richard and another one of the guys when I took my daughter to pickup her car, and they were both super awesome. The guys didn’t treat us differently or talk down to us because we are women, which is rare in the auto repair industry. You can tell Richard is honest, a straight shooter, and he’s not interested in upselling or robbing people. But they also do great work there! A rarity. I would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles in to Spraymaster, even for a more complex job. This is a true local mom and pop business and anyone looking for an auto body repair and/or paint job should not hesitate to go here. 10/10 recommend.”

“There's a common thread in these reviews - seems like almost everyone was referred by someone else - their trusted mechanic, a lawyer, etc. I was originally referred by a fellow BMWCCA member. Wayne has a solid reputation in town, and for good reason.
4 years ago Vanderpool's did an outstanding job fixing my Z4M Coupe after a fairly severe smack, and now unfortunately I've had another smack from behind by yet another inattentive driver. Outstanding results again, including using all OEM parts and perfect paint matching of the replacement bumper. In and out in just over a week with great communication and coordination with insurer Progressive. Wayne is an old-school perfectionist and his office staff is great too. I come all the way from Cochise County because it's worth the long drive. HIghly recommended!”

“Came in to get some bushing pressed into a control arm. Scott was the man!!! Got the bushing pressed into which I know were a pita no complaints just got the deal done and got me out in a very reasonable amount of time didn’t break the bank. Super kind and very easy to work with and was able to get it done on a Saturday! Nothing but, amazing things to say. 10/10 would highly recommend. “Took a chance based upon the 1 review I saw, and have no regrets. Took my car here for idle issues. Upon arrival, was greeted and asked about what's wrong, ect. Within 15 minutes a mechanic was looking into the issues. Care was taken to be sure no dirt/grease wasn't tracked into the vehicle. Story cut shorter, they diagnosed and determined a fix within 30 minutes and had the car ready in the timely manner as they promised. Hosbitiable and excellent customer service I would recommend to anyone. 10/10”
