“I'm going to this extent of leaving a review for Ms. Nicole, with 15 years of experience in assisting customers. She stayed with me on the Customer Service phone line on a Saturday afternoon and troubleshoot my account. There was a way to just wait for Monday for my Account Recovery Request be answered but she tried her best to explore the options to allow me to update my information which the system was not letting me connect my previous years filed history. We both knew that it will be so much harder and time-consuming if I fill -out my past Tax Returns than just making my record appear. Ms. Nicole is patient in recovering my email and providing new password option. Thank You for making it easier for me. I reviewed on Yelp because I did not receive an email survey to recognize her help. Thank You again that now my latest tax was filed successfully!”
