WENT TO THIS LOCATION AFTER GOING TO ANOTHER BOOST LOCATION AND IT SEEMS THAT THEY'RE ALL CONNECTED AND ARE ALL SCAMMING PEOPLE BY OVERCHARGING AND LYING.

Natalie went above and beyond her job to help me. I was on my last day for a Manufacture Warranty and she went as far as driving to their other store to get me a phone that was sold out and did all this right at closing. 10 stars for sure! Thank you for your extra unpaid time and your excellent customer service Natalie!!

I was needing to add a line for a few weeks and I seen the balloons and tent so stopped. Natali was great! She had me with a new phone and out the door in record time, it definitely redeemed boost since my last awful experiences at other stores she was very educated and knew exactly what I needed!! Today I came in and my phone was not working absolutely at all. I had came a few weeks ago to the Broadway store and they were useless. I had spoken with Selina and some girl Ana and they were very extremely rude. Christian in the other hand was able to get the issue fixed.. Christian is absolutely amazing he's always the sweetest and always goes above and beyond for all customers.

Came in today to this location and wasn't expecting much due to the past experiences at different stores but I'm so glad I did. Was having a lot of issues with my phone and Christian G. the manager at this location was not only extremely patient with me. But he was also very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my phone and make everything better. He handled the situation extremely professional. Will definitely be coming back.
