Absolutely wonderful service customer service has been completely patient and called me every time they had an update with my order. I am currently getting my new iPhone after having the iPhone 15 Pro Max I will now be getting my free upgrade to the iPhone 16 Pro Max and it went Through and I am very happy with my service. I’ve never had any dropped calls or drop texts. I have no complaints to make with their service other than some complications with my upgrade that were to do with the app and not with customer service so thank you to all the CSR’s and all the assistance and all the managers and supervisors that worked with us to get the upgrade through. I’m very appreciative and it will arrive on time for our anniversary so thank you. We wish Boost Mobile to have wonderful success for the future and if you’re looking for a phone company that treats you right and with customer service, you can call anytime 365 days a week 24 seven this is your service thank you Boost mobile.

Madelyn at Boost at Broadway and Craycroft was awesome! Verizon wanted $60 for a screen protector. My friend has Boost and suggested we go there as she had some questions. Madelyn was a breath of fresh air! She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would refer anyone to Boost because of the service I received from Madelyn!
