Customer service at this location is awful everyone looks like they hate their job. Asking for help or a question is like pulling teeth. Everyone looks down or away so they don’t have to assist you. We spend alot of money at boot barn. Please let your team know there are many people looking for jobs and that they should be thankful to have a job or find a different one that will bring them some kind of joy. Kindness goes a long way.

Customer service is severely lacking. They’d rather stand around and visit with other staff. Rude if you say “hey could you help me please?”

This boot barn is not helpful at all. My dad went to get new boots for work, and had been told that he was going to get lifetime warranty for them and when he went back after 8 months and they told him to buy new ones. They give out false information and staff is really rude.
