We had a great experience, the sales staff was super helpful inpatient. I tried on 80% boots, finally found one that fit and then didn't like the color. I told the sales staff that I would buy them if they weren't so butt ugly! We all laughed, and we're shopping online for the same vendor and size.

My husband brought a work voucher for boots that we came in to get yesterday. The boots were not stocked correctly and we got two different boots without realizing it. We got a phone call yesterday about it which was really nice and he went back in today to get the right ones. Thank you to the Hispanic lady that was working that was accommodating but the other cashier/white; younger woman was rude and interruptive. Also.... No one bothered to apologize for the inconvenience. I know you think that you're stuff is made of gold and it actually does cost alot like gold but maybe you could improve your customer service to match those fancy boots.
