This location on oracle has the best customer service and more of a selection of clothing. Please recognize Gillian she was very helpful and you definitely can tell she loves her job. This kind of customer service is what is needed at the Ajo location. We didn’t have a great experience at that location everyone was too busy to help and irritated when asked for help.

Would not come here I was been waiting for two hours. Nobody’s even working and there nobody in the store. Horrible customer service I was wanting to look at some boots and purchase them. Nobody could help me do not come here

Poor customer service. I work for a company that has a contract with Boot Barn. As I checked out, I mentioned that I was an employee of the company and handed over my company ID. The lady checking me out let out a big sigh and rolled her eyes. I asked if there was a problem and she ignored me. I finished my transaction and wasn't happy with that experience. There are 2 other locations in Tucson. I'd suggest the Oracle location. The Oracle location was the ones who located my size 14 wide boot. I've advised my other co-workers to stay away from the Ajo store.

This store racially profiles if you're trying to get your cowboy Carter on avoid this location !!!
I want to start off by saying that I bought the perfect pair of boots however the story doesn't start there I found some boots online $50 less with promo code that they wouldn't honer in store. I called several stores to verify that they were in stock got some awesome people to help me Frankie picked up the phone held the stock Jose check me out however the purpose of this of this review is to alert anyone of color to be aware of being racially profiled when you go into the store I have never felt so uncomfortable in my whole life this woman followed me around the whole time . Speaking only to the White Men & Never asked to assist me, she just stalking me, I felt like an animal being hunted . I understand they may have a high theft rate at that location but I will never go there or recommend anyone of color to go to that location I say this because I went to Queen Creek location to look for the boots originally shame on you guy's .

I love Boot Barn! Best Western wear for the whole family and they have Tall sizes! My son is 6 ft 4 and we can never find him slim fit tall sizes. Boot Barn carries a wide variety and the newest looks! Wonderful customer service, always ready to assist with a warm approach.
I most definitely recommend BB.

Came here expecting the same service I received at Boot Barns located in various places in the country. I needed 3 pairs of my Ariats stretched and cleaned. I was told it would take 3 days, and it's now 6 days later and no boots. The gal that answered the phone was so pleasant and helpful. She told me that nothing had been done, but she would get it done so I could pick them up ASAP. Yes, I know this is a complimentary service, and I planned on tipping them, but who knows now. Very nice place, and I enjoyed the atmosphere, but lack of follow-up was disappointing.
