It was my first time in Borders, and the place was not busy at all (1 other person), I wander around an was lost on finding what I needed but was offered no help from any of the 3 people behind the counter.

They relied on a piece of paper on their door that says they’re closed and doing inventory during a weekday. Said they couldn’t sell me 1 gallon of stain I needed to complete a job. I even offered to exchange it with the same product but in a different color. Now my job has to sit unfinished until Monday because they couldn’t be bothered to change their info on google or contact their account members via email.

I bought 2 gallons of Arizona acrylic Sealer from Border Construction to do a DYI maintance on my driveway. I had used the product a few years earlier for my driveway but forgot how many gallons I needed . I bought two gallons after asking the girl who rang me up if I could bring back a gallon if not needed and was told yes. Nothing was said about re stalking feeThe project took less than one gallon so with my receipt I took theunopened gallon back. I was changed a 20 percent restock amount when I had actually picked it off the shelf. When I questioned why the restocking fee DANNY stated that was policy. I stated I was not told of that at time of purchase. He showed me in very tiny print at the bottom of the invoice fine print notice of fee.Danny was not willing to listen to my explanation or work with me.I would not recommend this store due to poor customer serviceToni Brighton
