Jesus and his whole crew there are awesome!!! Very knowledgeable, great at explaining, and truly care for your business rather than to see how big of a commission they can make. Not only do they have a great staff, they really work hard on not only at getting your car fixed but also work hard to make sure the customer is happy and they really work with you if you're in a tight spot. They've done a fantastic job on my vehicle since I started going to them at the beginning of the year. And now I refuse to take my car elsewhere. I could brag on and on about these guys, but I'll just leave it at, if there's a rating grade higher than A+ they would definitely deserve it!

I've been a follower of this management staff for 7 years. Wouldn't put my car in anyone else's hands. Don't forget to ask for the mechanic Tono. They treat you like a person not a customer. No sales pitch No outrageous prices. Just what your car needs. Kudos #101

José Ramírez was super helpful and friendly everytime I have been to this shop. That’s why I make the longer drive to this location instead of going to shop closer to my house. The service here has always been better.

Brake Masters Tucson provided fast, efficient and courteous service with an alignment on short notice after I had to buy two new tires for my Subaru Forester. I’ll be back for oil changes and all other maintenance. Thank you!

Very honest, very up front. Whatever price they quoted you surprise a charge. Dude, I will take my vehicles nowhere else now. But to the break masters on grant and Swan go there. They are great.

I thought my brake pads had worn down due to a crazy screeching sound. They were able to locate a rock from my driveway that had gotten wedged in the brake assembly. Super friendly and fast service. I would definitely recommend

I went to this location to get an oil change, have the brakes checked, on 8/22/24. I have been to this location before a few times. All oil changes, I had sn appointment arrived greeted not sure of his name. Let him know I had an appointment for an oil change and asked to have the brakes checked. I asked fir the high mileage oil change which on the website and there is a list on the counter. I chose the $54.95. Once completed he said the total would be $68. Ibqas like that doesn't sound right. That is almost $15 in fees, I asked him how that could be, several times, the guy said the oil price went up by a $1, will it's not reflected on the website or on the counter in front of us. He told me he would do me a favor and take $5 off, that's no favor and he was trying to over charge me to start with and this is not the first time he has charged me a higher price.
After he did this favor for me he gave me the paperwork work, my keys and walked away.
I have watched this guys sorry can't remember his name, interact with male customers in a completely different way. I don't understand why he is trying to charge me more than what is advertised, not right at all will not be going back.

They took a look at it and evaluated the problem of the noise I was hearing with no additional cost. Then I brought in my vehicle the next day to have it worked on. They we able to get me in so quickly and where so upfront about pricing.

Had my GMC diagnosed there. These people were very honest afterwards didn't try to upsell and recommended not repairing it because of cost. That's how I know they're honest. This is a big deal in today's world if not the biggest when looking for a place to have your car serviced at. I will be returning in the future for sure and I highly recommend this place to others who are looking for an honest mechanic.

They were so patient with my 2 year old running around, and didn't even seem frustrated when he spilled water on their couches. I came in for an oil change but they also zip tied up the plastic piece that was dragging under the front of the car!
