Had a battery issue and replacement is a bit complicated with the technology in new cars. Was headed out of town and called original car dealership for replacement. Dealership wouldn’t accommodate need to replace quickly. Called Brake Masters on Broadway and Campbell. Daniel got us in immediately and had us back on the road within an hour. Because of him we met the people we were scheduled to travel with. He was outstanding. Highly recommend this business!!Service: Auto battery replacement

Brake light is on . Took it in and guy to put it on the hand held thing that plugs into area under dash. Well he says all is ok but they'll have to do a diagnostic on it. $100 well before I left I asked how did you do your test if the light is on and he replied the lights no longer on. Ok I get in turn ignition and as always the light is on still. Anyhow I think it's a loose wire.

I love that I place a same-day appointment. Excellent customer service and almost always takes less than an hour to change my oil. Would go back to any location. The wonderful men in the office are very helpful.

This place was recommended to me by a co-worker and I am very grateful for the recommendation. I had just started a new job and bought a commuter car that had terrible brakes. .I went to Brake Masters and they were very helpful, they came up with a plan to help me get the brakes done in sections and still be safe on the road. Their prices were better than all of the other places that I spoke to about the brakes.The staff was friendly and professional and the seats are crazy comfortable.I would definitely recommend them to others.

I have been a fan of BrakeMasters at the Oro Valley shop since moving to Tucson eight years ago. Always great work. But, I moved to another area in Tucson and called them to ask if I should continue making the trek to their shop or if they'd recommend a place nearer to my new home. I was referred to BrakeMasters at Broadway and Campbell, and they took great care of my car with a wheel alignment and an oil change. I WAS a customer of brakemasters for at least 10 years and after the “conversation” I had with Alonzo/Alfonso over at store #102, I will never go back to any brakemaster store.My vehicle brakes failed a few days ago in the late evening, got it towed to a mechanic and waited a day for an update on why my brakes did weren’t working. I called brakemasters and spoke with Manny to get information about what specific services were done in the past months to confer with the current mechanics diagnosis .Manny was the only pleasant part of this whole ordeal. He advised me that I could come in to the store the next morning since they were closing and speak with the store manager because “he’s pretty good at helping customers in these kind of situations .” (His name was either Alonzo/Alfonso I couldn’t hear the correct pronunciation) but he is in fact, not pretty good with helping in these situation, at least not me.Alonzo/Alfonso called me back after the store had closed to fill out the report for corporate since “I was trying to get a refund.” Keep in mind, I hadn’t spoken to Alonzo/Alfonso prior to his. He had zero idea what my call was about, only going through whatever Manny had told him.Alfonso/Alonzo spoke over me the entire conversation. i could not answer a question he was asking without being cut off by him. He was extremely condescending. When he didn’t have an answer to my question, he would say “this conversation is going no where.” At one point I told Alonzo/Alfonso that I was recording the conversation because I didn’t think anyone would believe the conversation was going the way it was.I don’t even care about the money that I had paid for. It was the treatment I got as a long time customer from a manager that was disappointing and disgusting. I refuse to return to this store or pay for this chain to service my vehicle. The experience I was left with as a customer showed me my time and money is not respected at store #102.Service: Brakes

I left brake masters with the clipboard attached, which could have flown onto my windshield and caused an accident. I called the corporate office and the brake masters on Speedway and Pantano and all they said was that accidents happen and they were sorry. I will never go back there again worst customer service ever.

i needed to replace my front and rear brakes on my large and unique vehicle. daniel and the whole team here were fantastic and this job went smoothly within expectation. i also needed my ac system repaired and the team took care of me though the first fix for my issue didn’t take. but my next trip back resolved the issue. additionally i was offered diagnostic time to hunt down a related issue they noticed while everything was all pulled apart. for little extra cost i ended up getting an additional small repair that has made ALL my vents fully functional in addition to cold air. i am totally satisfied. thank you, team!Services: A/C installation & repair
