Called Wednesday afternoon and got a 11am next day appt. for a wheel alignment. Showed up a few minutes early, was taken right in. They honored a $40 off coupon. Out of there in a hour. Everything that was done was fully explained. AAA+++

Used a third party site to book appointment, 4 Tires from simpletire, they communicated quickly when it was found simpletire only sent 2 of the 4, they listened to my request of how to rotate after installing the 2 they did receive and apologized for the tires even though it wasn't their fault.

The "new" manager Tony is super rude and difficult to speak with over repairs done before he started there. Saying some stuff not covered under warranty, I should know my vehicle better, and not rechecking a diagnosis leak that I paid them to repair.
Both a/c and oil leak were "repaired" and both are leaking AGAIN but they won't touch my vehicle. I went to another BrakeMAX location and they said they were told not to touch my vehicle.
If you work with this manager make sure you record everything and get everything in WRITING especially the warranty for the parts they put in & ASK to see the old parts.

I made an appointment for 1130 when I got there, I was told that my information could not be found. I waited until 2:05 pm. Just for an oil change. Ridiculous!! If I wasn't disabled, I would still just do it myself.

With an appointment, I took my truck in this auto shop to troubleshoot a clinging sound underneath it, and the mechanic gave a list of potential repairs but was honest and told me the most important repair needed, which was a CV axle joint. Since it was near closing time, I setup an appointment the next day and dropped my vehicle at the shop that morning, and one of their employees shuttled me back to my apartment complex, so I would not have to wait in the shop all day. They were busy, so I did not get my truck until late afternoon. The prices seemed reasonable. I would recommend this auto shop.

Had a great experience with the entire staff at this Brakemasters. My ac went out on the way down from Phoenix in the middle of summer. They were able to get me in right away and fixed within a few hours. Veronica provided great customer service and Rob answered all questions regarding my car and what to expect after. Definitely recommend them.
