They left off a two lug nuts after getting new tires. One on each front wheel. If you take your car to this place check their work. In fact don’t risk it. Your life is worth more than what they offer.

It took 20 min. for this folks to find the problem in my car, and didn’t even charge me for it. Very knowledgeable!

I would rate this place -0 stars if I could. My battery died and since it was under warranty here I went back. Now my car has a lose bumper that is being fixed soon but meanwhile has a piece taped. I went for my battery only! They took it upon themselves to remove the tape and hard sell a 1500 repair with plenty of scare tactics. Mean while my battery has continued to die. I called and was told oh it's your alternator. Mind you with out even checking. I have always heard this place was scammy now I know. I will forget about the warranty and buy a battery somewhere else. I do not trust them to make adjustments that then need repairs if you catch my meaning. I will definitely be complaint to corporate as well.

At about 06:00 a.m, one of my rear shocks came loose and hit the pavement, destroying it. I temporarily secured the thing so that I could get my morning project completed, then limped home. Just before 10:00 a.m, I called BrakeMax for a quote, and being mid-day Friday expected a Mon appointment at best, but they insisted it could be done "today". Long story short, I was back home by noon, with a new pair of rear shocks on my truck. Very impressed and will keep using them for my auto service.
