Bill is wonderful! My home warranty company set me up with someone else who never reached out. I contacted home warranty and said I wanted Brooksaire to do the work. Bill came out within an hour and fixed my AC. GREAT COMPANY AND VERY FRIENDLY. I use him for maintenance as well. An added bonus, my dog loves Bill. Always on time too!Service: A/C system repair

My wife and I have used Brooksaire/Bill Brooks for several years for all of our servicing needs for our heating & air, as well as water heater maintenance. We are always happy with the service we receive from Brooksaire, he is always prompt and reasonable.The reason for my review, we recently had them install a new A/C unit and Bill did a lot of research to come up with the right unit for our house. He got us scheduled right away, because our old unit was beginning to have problems and he didn't want us to go without air in this heat. After a few large HVAC companies told me my system was irreparable and tried to sell me new HVACs or wanted a fortune for repair, I contacted Mr. Brooks who sealed the leak and charged the AC at a fraction of what other’s wanted, no muss no fuss. He kept these old machines working for years and subsequently installed two new systems. He’s skilled, honest, knowledgable and personable. While in a very hot period, our AC quit. This was during Covid and AC’s were scarce. They found one very quickly and installed a heat pump and a new air handler very quickly. I also use them on AC issues at my work.Services: HVAC system maintenance

These people can't drive. Using company vehicles and don't pay attention. Damn near crashed into my car. Did call to complain. Wished I had dash cam running!

Well I actually found a writing pen at home and their information was upon said pen. I looked them up and turns out they seem to be some sort of HVAC company. I just feel like their website could use a little more enthusiasm.
