Customer service was beyond poor. The man at the counter was incredibly rude. They forgot to make my sisters coffee. When asked the girl was awful. Don’t waste your time.

2 of the workers were just rude…. One very rude. The bagels are decent but the coffee was really bad. I can overlook a lot but the customer service was bad for myself, my nieces and sister.

Was a long wait and then given a bagel i didn’t order, was told they were out of the bagel i wanted. Maybe let me know before making it then?

Absolutely brutal! Only two people working with one of them on the til and the other frantically trying to make all the orders. It took 30 minutes to get my toasted bagel with cream cheese. People were not happy but according to one of the employees, this is a daily occurrence. I felt so bad for the poor woman running around making all the orders. If you want to wait 30 minutes for a bagel, I still wouldn’t recommend this place.

Good god, this place is inefficient. Think twice about going here if you have a flight to catch in the next 30 minutes. The orders are filled out of sequence, and they forget the drinks. The food is fine, but not worth the aggravation.

literally worst customer service ever. all i wanted to order was one of their “make your own” bagels. when i got up to the register, i started reading from underneath that section - for the menu explains each step. for example, step 1 : pick a bagel. and then there’s a list of options. i started reading to the man at front what i wanted on my bagel. when i got to (i think) step two, i told him i wanted the “garden veggie” option on my bagel.instead of calmly talking to me, he YELLED AT ME. like i’m not exaggerating- this man properly screamed at me. (for reference, im an eighteen year old girl who goes to u of a and this was a 50 year old looking man with a pony tail). he told me “you don’t understand. we don’t have garden veggie. garden veggie is its own type of sandwich”. so i looked back at the menu to make sure either he or i was right, and I WAS THE RIGHT ONE. garden veggie is an option for building your own bagel. you can get garden veggies as an option rather than putting meat on your bagel, such as pork or chicken. so i calmly told him “but it’s on the menu. i just want the veggies”. and then he YELLED at me again saying “i know MY menu. we don’t have that as an option”.everyone in line (there was maybe nine or eight people in line?) all were staring at me. i honestly didn’t know what to do. i work in real estate and deal with clients everyday, so i understand customer service. and i know for a FACT that NO ONE wants to be yelled at by a middle aged man with a greasy ponytail when they’re just trying to order food, especially when they’re just reading what the menu says.a lady standing behind me had to chime in and ask him what the hell his deal was. no one should be treated that way.i also never ever EVER write reviews for restaurants. i never rate them either. this is my first time doing it. i am only doing it this one time because being screamed at when you’re just trying to get a bagel is SO AWFUL. i actually hope this man gets fired. i would literally never ever hire anyone like that in the first place.

ok, everybody jus' settle down. you're in an AIRPORT. i just finished the western brisket bagel and a cup o'coffee for $10.48. that's a bargain for airport food! it was tasty, hot and satisfying. if i were bruegger's i would discontinue putting peppers on the sandwich because they give people gasss. and on on airplane that is not good. what else can i say? well, the cashier was friendly, helpful & QUICK.

Employee DERECK was sooo incredibly rude!&” not only towards us ,but with other customers as well . His attitude literally seems disgusted just with the fact that he actually had to speak with people . He must be working in the wrong industry, because his people skills were definitely 0/10 I did not feel comfortable at this location &” honestly I will most likely never come back if he’s working front counter again while I travel for work lol

4:30 am and people are pouring onto concourse B. The line to the only food and coffee choice that appears to be open, Bruegger's Bagels, is 40 people deep and growing. The two employees behind the counter are working in perfect concert with each other. One after another sandwich and coffee order being filled and the line keeps growing. They don’t look stressed out and are very friendly and polite to each customer. Very impressive. My sausage, egg and cheese on a sesame bagel was delicious. Any company is very lucky to have employees like these.

Don't order if your plane leaves in the next 45 minutes. I finally get my order and it was wrong, this could have been solved by the person at the register repeating the order. Multiple people had to get on their flights and walk away from their orders.

I’ve been to Bruegger’s before - this one was awful. My egg sandwich was served cold and missing the egg. After asking about it, I was handed a cooked egg on a napkin. Also the cream cheese was weird and pasty. Eat literally anywhere else.

Was headed out of the Tucson Airport and the last spot before exiting the terminal is this Bruegger's Bagels location, so naturally we had to make a stop to scoop up a few bagels and an iced coffee. Best move ever! Grabbed a few different bagels with an assortment of cream cheeses. While the schmear is not fully a NY level schmear, it was certainly sufficient! The bagels were light, yet sturdy and dense, but tender while the cream cheese, both the plain and onion/chive was delightfully creamy, fluffy and smooth! The iced coffee was simple and perfect. They did not have oat milk, so I just got it black and I honestly am glad as I got to taste and enjoy the coffee itself more. Service was friendly, helpful and quick. The ladies behind the counter were engaging and a joy to interact with. And lastly, the pricing was surprising for an airport spot...only $13 for a couple of bagels and a coffee! Overall, great spot that I will surely hit on my way in and out of TUS.

This review is not for the bagels. It’s for the staff that was working on Sep.8 2023 around 11:40 am. She was super professional and she was making the line move super fast while training a new employee and kept a positive attitude.
