Made the reservation 2 months in advance and check in and had keys in hand in five minutes. The rental vehicle was clean and fun to drive. The same associate helped me with pick up and drop off and made it smooth and easy. She was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

5 stars for customer service!!!! Raquell made our day & deserves a raise for exceptional customer service. We were unhappy with the rental and the service we received from the airport, but Raquell hooked us up and sorted out all of our issues. No fuss, no fight! I was in and out in 5 minutes and left extremely satisfied! Raquell is truthfully the ONLY reason we will continue to use budget/Avis for rentals.

This is for the location in Marana, AZ, at Ina and Thornydale. Maybe because I used my Fastbreak number on my reservation, it was the easiest rental I ever had. There was no mention of refueling, insurance, upgrading, etc., just handed me the keys and said where it was in the parking lot. The car worked well, although it had 44K miles on it. Return was just as easy. Two questions--any damage and is it full?

Low tire pressure light on. This was a concern as we had planned a trip to Sedona .. a drive at high speeds and a long distance. Budget lady at Ina Road location in Tucson was very kind to us even though we had not rented the car at her location. Suggested we try Discount Tire which was behind her building. Said if it turned out to be a serious problem, she would help us find a replacement car. Discount Tire too were wonderful.. they offer a free air check service. Turns out it was caused by the cool temperatures. Filled all of the tires at no charge including the spare. Also checked tread. These two company contacts certainly brightened our day! Thanks!

Wish I could give 0 stars, I was given lots of misinformation causing a lot of unneeded stress. I reserved my pick up time for 4pm but the location it was reserved for pick up closed at 1pm. I went to a different location that was open and they couldn't help me to get a car that day but they said the other location would hold my reservation for 24 hours and I could pick it up the next day. When I got there the next day they said that information was wrong and they didn't have a car for me. After an hour of calling and looking for a new rental I found a car available AT THE SAME LOCATION. They had a car there that I could have reserved but they failed to help me when I first showed up. I was incredibly baffled that customer service at this location did not try to help me when I told her I didn't have a car for 10 days. I had to look it up for myself to get a car there.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Ill never rent from budget again. The morning I was supposed to pick up the car I was called 30 minutes prior, and told there were no cars available. That's fine, but i was told my reservation would be cancelled and my prepay amount refunded. The reservation was never cancelled, and money never refunded.

I am a terminally disabled veteran along with an SMI diagnosis of severe PTSD. I made reservations to pick up a car when I went in my bank was giving us a hard time I was there for over an hour on hold with my bank Raquel the budget representative was extremely patient and professional went above and beyond her job duties to help me I am in a very bad situation in my life right now and to have someone like Raquel representing budget and helping me the way that she did is very rare I hope the people that budget realize just how well this young lady represents your company Raquel I hope you read this and I want you to know when I told you that you were my Frontline hero today I meant that with every ounce of my being thank you so much for your patience kindness and compassion

Had to drive far and was going to stay over a week, got the car, they made it easy to get it off pick it up and return it with ease, will do it again if had to, with Budget I didn't worry about anything. Loved the service I got too.

They canceled my reservation they stated that I was several hours behind which was only 2 hours and I just called to confirm to ask if it was okay they said yes but then when I got there they did not have my car they did not have anything just to tell me that everything was canceled there was no call there's no email nothing to confirm that asked if I was still going to get the car very disappointed with this company

Wow our reservation to pick up our car was at 5 pm. We were on our way and treid calling 3x beginning at 4:44pm, no answer just the automated line stating if we needed to modify our reservation for pick up, so we hubg up amd trried calling again. We arrived at 5:01 pm and the door was locked and the sign said closed. We called again and no answer plus we saw no one inside. So we assume the attendant left well before 4:44 pm and didnt care about doing their job. First time we had a reservation with budget and it is the last too.

Great quoted rate but don't expect anyone to answer phones, emails, or be at counter before, during, or after scheduled pick up. Been there done that.

Apparently people at the physical location can't help change reservations and there is never anyone available on their customer service line to help either. Stay away. Use Enterprise.

The car we rented was economical and we had no problems. The associate that first helped me might need to be a little friendlier. But upon returning the car the gentleman who helped me was much friendlier. The one thing I learned is when booking with Travelocity. I suggest that you don't pay for cat insurance, because it has nothing to do with rental. I ended up paying extra for insurance.

I was promised a Toyota Camry. There was one available at the time of rental...the agent misrepresented to me that the Camry would be going out for a test drive for purchase very soon. I waited for quite some time for the Camry to be test driven...it never was! The agent lied to me.
