Did not have a problem picking up my truck. They had my reservation and everything. Just wish they gave me the newer truck. The one they gave me did the job of moving our stuff out-of-state but it had a few issues. Nothing major which I'm thankful for. Can't beat the price!

no after hours drop box...went to the location on Valencia near airport. Same thing. This company sets their customers up for failure... Hey guys my debit card has been suspended due to expectant fraudulent charges. If a company operated this way, It seems believable that if a company is ok operating this way, then they don't care about taking food out of people mouths, and money that could pay a medical bill. Not very customary.I've contacted the US department of customer relations, The department of veteran affairs, the DOD and that section of the news that deals with public relations... If they attempt to steal from me and my family they'll have a public relations mess..

DO not book with this location online . We have reserved a car for this afternoon, paid online just to get a call an hour later to let us know they actually don’t have any vehicles to provide us. The customer service representative simply just said to call the reservation number ( which he didn’t even bother to provide) and try to get our money back. $100. My husband than had to take his time out of his day, be on the phone for over 30 min just to explain the situation. We are also going to call USAA to let me know to take this business off their list asap.

I arrived at the location at the time the business was opening at 8:00am for an 8 day rental in which I was taking a long trip on vacation. The representative opened the door and did not even greet me. He did not say a word. I had reserved and re-paid for a midsize car. The reservation said Toyota Corolla or similar. He gave me a Honda HR-V which everyone knows is a small compact car. I specifically reserved a midsize car because I was driving all the way to Montana and Washington state. I told him that I had reserved a midsize car and he tried to tell me the HR-V is a midsize car. He said they classify it as midsize. He would not make an adjustment to the price or give me the size car I had paid for. He just said "That's all I have.". There were several midsize cars on the lot. The car had dust on the dash board. There were stains on the seats. There was no windshield wiper fluid. There was only 3/4 tank of gas, although, the contract said the car was on full. I told him and he said "Just bring it back on 3/4 tank.". I called the 800 Budget customer service number and told then about all of this and they agreed to refund the difference in price when I return the car. When I returned the car, the same representative at the location said there is nothing in the computer about the refund. I also reminded him about the gas. He said he didn't remember anything about that and asked if it was noted on the contract. He did not note it on the contract. I had filled the tank to full anyway because I knew he might not remember. I will never go to this location again. I chose it because it is within walking distance from home. The customer service is terrible. He did not give me what I paid for and did not care about my money. He expected me to accept a small car at a midsize car price. I had to call the 800 number again to make sure I get a refund for the difference in the car size.

After having a deplorable situation with Budget at the Tucson Airport, Nick at this location was so helpful getting me into the correct vehicle. His customer service was excellent. Read my review of the airport location. It will be the exact opposite.

Reserved a rental at this location a few days ago. As soon as I sat in the vehicle, I picked up the scent of marijuana, so I went back into the office to inquire about exchanging the rental. The agent told me none were available and I was handed a pink form documenting the smell and asked to keep it upon return. When I asked if other locations had rentals available, he said to try TIA. No attempt was made on his end to contact them in advance and check on this information. Clearly, the agent had no intention addressing the issue and put all responsibility on me to handle it. So, off I went. Thankfully, the TIA location had rentals and I was able to swap into a different vehicle and drive off feeling satisfied.This recent experience really hit a nerve and left a very bad taste in my mouth. Now, I see why this location isn't looked at too favorably by the general public. Service is awful!

Don't waste your time with this place the employee that works there doesn't do his job and customer service will lie to you over the phone about your reservation. Absolute waste of time and they will do absolutely nothing to make up for their mistake. Worst customer service and attitude I have had in a long time.

Rented a car today. Told the tank was full. Drove away and realized rank was only 1/4 full. Drove back to budget. Joked that I was back. He didn't laugh. Should have been my first clue. Budget guy was rude, yelling, and aggressive to me. I just remain quiet and left. Confused why he was so angry. I didn't forget the gas. I've rented many cars over the years from budget, but won't go back. Enterprise just gained a new customer.

Would give 0 stars if possible. They called me the day before my move to inform me they did not have the truck I reserved weeks prior. Also told me there were no truck in Tucson or Phoenix, while I was able to look online and still reserve a truck for the next day. If you are moving, AVOID at all cost! Will no longer be using any of their services.

First, guy behind desk was EXTREMELY rude. Won't let you pay with more than 1 form of payment, got ripped off on the 25% off, the van had horribly bald tires and was very dirty. Extremely dangerous when you're driving over 2k miles on bald tires. Found out when I turned the van in that the employee in Tucson was supposed to do an inspection report with me. He never bothered. Will NEVER rent from budget ever again.

I had two very unpleasant experiences with this company. First in November 2021 I called to add an extra day to my rental. I tried to return the car but the location was closed on Sunday.Next, I rented a car over Christmas 2021. In February 2022 they took $129 out of my account. When I inquired, I was told there was a nail in a tire. I had purchased insurance covering anything that happened to the car. I was told the insurance did not cover the tire.I will not be renting from Budget again.
