There’s a lady with glasses in the afternoons at this location that always makes it a great experience when I get food here. Makes me want to go to this location more often seriously. Fries are always on point as well.

If you want a good laugh go to this place especially if you are bilingual there is a drive thru employee that literally has a Spanish accent and when you ask him anything he will say "I don't speak Spanish" I almost said next if I refer you as a he I would get a response saying that he isn't one. People say we are in America but we come to America and learn other languages in school. Smart people know more than one language I guess he's not one.

Celeste is my favorite Leticia is on it too. Very great customer service you can tell they actually care they get my order right every time and are always great vibes in great moods I've been coming here for over 8 years and the rest of the youngsters need some training from them .

The manager of this location refused to provide a refund for their error unless I returned. When I requested to be refunded the full amount for having to return and use my own gas they declined to do so. Please either provide the correct order the first time, or review your policy with regard to refunds. The service was terrible and the employees were smug and dismissive of their own customers. Make sure you check your orders beforehand because even the management do not seem to care.

Took my nietos for ice cream. Served quickly and with a smile. Kids were happy.The homeless population are not allowed in without purchasing something, which I completely understand. Some are resistant and argumentative with staff when given the opportunity to buy something or leave.Aside from that, the kids had fun and were happy with their ice cream and drinks!Thank you to the staff for being vigilant.

First time at this location, I went for breakfast and the food and customer service was great. The man who took my order was patient and got the order correct and was polite and respectful and I was able to start off my day in a good mood and have a good morning because of the gentlemen’s excellent customer service. He was an older man with eyeglasses maybe a manager bald head but I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for his outstanding customer service. Usually I don’t order at the window after I placed my order at the intercom but I did this morning and the man had no problem ringing me up for an iced coffee and served us with a great attitude. I can’t tell you how many places I’ve been where the employee will become disgruntled because of a order at the window or because they don’t like working morning or whatever but this man set the bar for customer service EXCELLENT! And he should we acknowledged and rewarded for such outstanding customer service because that is how every employee should treat their customers. One of the best experiences I’ve had at Burger King ever! Thank you for your epic service bro!
