RV tow truck broke down on Friday before Memorial Day. Chris went out of his way to help us. Took us to a car rental to get a rental. Was able to diagnose and repair our truck the same day. That's fantastic customer service.

I took my 92 Camaro here to have some work done on it. I'm not from the area but I tend to go to smaller locally owned places and have had good experiences in the past. That was not the case here. I had a couple of things I wanted done: Hook an exhaust from the headers back to a collector. They quoted me $800. Then they wanted $750 to tune the carb...Seemed like a lot to me. I wanted the Heater hooked up as well. They quoted me 422 for just that. The heater core had just been bypassed on the radiator. They tried to hook it up and discovered it needed a heater core. Fine, I figured the part would be around $100+about 350 in labor. Nope! They quoted me $1100. They noticed that the cooling fan wasn't kicking on, so I figured I kinda needed that to go anywhere. So all said and done to have the exhaust hooked up, carb tuned and radiator cooling fans working again it cost a lot. This final price also included the "parts" and "labor" that was needed to try to hook up the heater. I just had the heater bypassed like it had been. All of this put me out the door to the tune of $2300. Shortly after getting home, my buddy noticed a giant puddle of coolant left in the carpet footwell on the passenger side. The carpet was soaked. I get this happens, but there's no excuse to not clean up after yourself. I would say something about it, but I'm moving tomorrow to Idaho. After I popped the hood, I found more weird things. The heater was bypassed on the radiator with a locking wheel nut shoved in a short piece of tubing. It now leaks, not even 2 days after I picked it up. It also leaked coolant from other locations where it didn't before. I don't mind paying good money for things like this when it's done right. But it was not done right. I am NOT happy with this place. It also seemed to me that all they want to do is work on cool projects and charging customers an outrageous amount is how they pay for their performance parts. A friend of mine is an ASE Certified Master Mechanic and has worked for Christler Jeep Dodge Ram for a number of years. He was shocked at how much they charged me and said the same thing that I felt. They ripped me off big time. Save your time and possibly money and just go somewhere else.

Took my 2002 7.3 Diesel Excursion in to have a driveline vibration diagnosed and fixed. Chris and the rest of the crew did a great job of finding the issue and fixing it for me. They also took care of a lot of other little things I needed done and did a great job. Super friendly and very professional. I’ll be taking my baby back to them from now on. Thanks guys!
