I wouldn’t even add a star. The car as soon as I left the dealership started with sounds and problems with the motor and the dealership said they were minor details without telling me, that the car had been in a severe car accident. I feel very disappointed. I have been struggling with this vehicle a lot. And just to clarify, I was in desperate need of a car that’s why I bought it, they just took advantage of my need.

After being thoroughly impressed with both the sales staff and the overall outcome of my recent car purchase I would have loved to rate this place five stars . Unfortunately after having my car less than a month Im going to have to pay 135 out of pocket to fix a cracked tail light housing that should have been addressed before sale.Therefore great place but have a mechanic check your car before you decide to purchase it to avoid unnecessary cost .

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ended up doing business with this dealership because I was contacted through Facebook due to their interest to buy my vehicle. I decided to head over the same day I was contacted (Sep, 12th) but beforehand I was running an errand. I was originally asking $8k and got talked down to $6,700 and a free ride home by an employee. I had a pair of Sony WH1000XM4 headphones which value to about $400 after tax, which I had with me while I was running my errand. I placed them in the center console because it was storming outside and one shouldn't drive with headphones on if that wasn't obvious. I have video proof of myself leaving with them and not returning home with them because they were in my car. Once I got to the dealership, I spoke to the Women I was messaging via Facebook and she would walk out every few minutes because she was playing messenger with whomever I was negotiating the price with. They had to go through my car to determine how much it was worth and they left me in the office while that took place. After we were set on a price, they took my keys, gave me my license plate and I didn't see my car after that, nor saw who went through it or even seen who I was negotiating with. They didn't ask if I had anything in the car, and of course didn't mention the $400 headphones inside the middle console. I do admit it was careless of me to leave the item in my car but the car was clean for a week beforehand with nothing in it until that day. Whoever went through my vehicle or moved it afterwards decided to take them. Not to mention half of their staff don't look a day over 25 and these are popular headphones on Social Media. I called, emailed, and even showed up in person but was avoided by the owner because he decided to let me know to come by conveniently right when he was leaving. He decided to make it right with a convenient brand new pair of Amazon earbuds that were left at the office which I decided not to take. I've asked to be reimbursed because the vehicle was in their possession when they disappeared therefore their responsibility. I asked if they could look at the cameras and of course they don't have cameras. The owner then decided to ask all the employees who were responsible handling my car and surprisingly no one seen a thing. Would it make sense for them to be truthful and come forward about stealing a pair of headphones from a customer and it not effect their job? I'm disappointed by the owners negligence and their inability to take responsibility over his employees action's, especially after doing business with a first time customer. I've been emailing the owner for the past two weeks and have been told to take it up with my car or homeowner insurance company. After having me come down $1,300 on the car and being an owner of a dealership it shouldn't be that inconvenient to reimburse me for the stolen item. The owner Xander has mentioned in his responses to low ratings on here, about keeping a great reputation and I wish that were true. Only if I read some of these reviews before doing business with them. Not only I'm I hoping to see better for this business but better for how this owner treat's customers, especially in situations like this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Super easy and low stress dealership. Also a very personable team. Valentin pointed me in the direction of a great car! And bruce handled our paper work super quickly while also explaining everything we were signing! We would most definitely come back :))

Valentin was great. The dealership had a lot of competitive options with low miles. We didn’t think we’d be able to get financing to make sense but the team worked through a lot of different options with me and got something together that worked with my budget. As an aside, I felt very comfortable as a woman purchasing on my own which isn’t always the case with dealerships.

This goes out to Ricardo ?I had a 2011 Ford edge that had no A/C, no radio, a lot of mechanical issues, and knew it was time for a new vehicle. My financial situation is not the best, so I was nervous about down payments or being able to afford a nice decent car. I was prepared to settle for a used car that was older than my Ford SUV as long as I had a/c. I had reached out to a couple of other places online and none were willing to work with my needs. Finally, I made an inquiry with cactus auto and was working with Ricardo who helped me through every step of the way. He was super confident that he’d be able to get me into a nicer newer vehicle, but it had seemed to good to be true. I had sort of brushed him off because I was not confident myself that he’d be able to help me. Luckily with his persistence, I was able to come in person and he had shown me a 2017 Ford Escape that had exceeded my needs as a new expecting mom who’s a full time worker and a student. Me and my husband were surprised at the down payment option being affordable for us and was able to secure the vehicle. Ricardo even went the extra mile by having their mechanic take a look and fix any potential issues that may arise prior to me driving off the lot. Many friends and some family members have heard the bad rep of cactus auto, while I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience. Great job to cactus auto for hiring Ricardo as he really does help those in need such as myself. I will gladly continue to do business with them for the sake of the wonderful service that I have received. 10/10 ⭐️

Great company great people and even better deals! You won’t regret coming here. I worked with everest and he was very attentive and friendly. I got a red 2013 Chevy Impala and it’s fantastic! After a year and a half of struggling to get approved cactus auto got me out the door with a car and a good deal.if I could give 6stars I would. Ask for everest if you come here!!

I was welcome very nice by the lady who talked to me. Really positive and understanding what I wanted. She explain very well how to start if you don’t have credit. She made me feel like if I was important.

I walked into Cactus Auto with high expectations and wanted certain features on a car. Ricardo greeted me with a smile and searched with results of several cars in their lot. Ricardo allowed me to test drive several cars and listened to me while I stated my pros and cons to him. I finally found the car I was going to buy, a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I purchased the Jeep I noticed there was an issue with the UCONNECT system and went to Ricardo about the issue. He worked really hard and pointed me in the right direction to fix the problem. Cactus Auto replaced the whole UCONNECT system without any hassle. This Jeep was the 3rd vehicle that my family and I have purchased from Cactus Auto. Thank you Ricardo and Cactus Auto for the great service.

Had a great experience with Cactus Auto during Memorial Day weekend. Was directed there because of a Capital One pre-approval, and they worked with us to get us approved, a great price on our trade in, and a reasonable payment! Frank and Everest helped us get our truck and we left extremely satisfied! I'd definitely shop with them again in the future.

Recently purchased a car from Tommy. Was a great experience fast quick professional. Ended up finding a slight problem with the rear lock on the truck. Service manager was quick to get it fixed. Alot of people have mixed reviews about this place. My experience was great and would have no problem returning or referring people to purchase a car here. Thank you cactus auto.
