Campbell Laundry is a clean, well-lighted establishment with excellent parking. It offers many high efficiency washing machines of several different load capacities. The people that work here are very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, polite, pleasant, and cheerful. Attendants are always there to assist or for drop-off laundry service, where laundry is washed, folded and put on hangers as per instructions. Service is always top notch and done beyond any expectations. The machines clean well, though there have been issues with some broken machines and new dryers that do not dry well, leaving clothes damp. The place is not super busy at all times, but it can be busy on a Sunday morning, requiring a wait for machines. The establishment has comfy chairs and a clean bathroom, kept exceptionally clean by the staff. Customer service receives high praise, making it a great laundromat.
Great laundromat! Have used multiple times during short term stays in the neighborhood. Staff keep the facility very clean and always friendly vibes. Newer card payment system is easy to use and much preferred over quarters. Shout out to Michelle for her great customer service!!
