They did a quick, on-the-spot repair of my Kona while showing me what was wrong and how to fix it myself. It was such a positive experience in such a cool spot that I actually paid them twice what they charged me.

Campfire cycling saved my riding season and provided customer experience that I haven't found anywhere else. I inquired about an order outside the lower 48 and they responded super fast and found a way to ship a monster build all within a couple weeks. The bike shipped in secure packaging and without any issue. They responded super quick with all communication throughout the entire process and even helped get my bike adjusted for my height/weight. Thanks to everyone at Campfire Cycling for such a buttery smooth purchase process and going above and beyond to get my bike built.

It’s been a very involved process, but I just had an incredible ride on my Radrunner Ebike tonight thanks to Tobias with Campfire cycles. My bike arrived over the weekend, and Tobias made it a priority to get my new bike built quickly enough to get it to me for the Tuesday night ride. I think I may have rushed him a bit, and a quick test ride resulted in a blowout. These things happen, not a big deal, ordered two inner tubes on Amazon and Tobias installed one quickly tonight and will provide another when it comes in stock. Rode for a long time with confidence. Fast build, friendly staff, great overall experience. Stayed late and prioritized me after my blowout. Waited for accessories to come in before starting my build per my request. Will definitely be back.

I ordered dromedary bags for work from Campfire Cycling. They showed up only 2 days after ordering and was a super easy purchasing experience. I work for a non profit and usually have to jump through hurdles to get tax exemption on my orders. Campfire Cycling however, didn't have tax on my order, so that made ordering super easy for me. When the order arrived, we got a bunch of stickers that we all put on our water bottles and a couple cute matchbooks. All in all a great experience.

These guys are great! I'm nowhere near Arizona, and they've been very quick to get things shipped. They also had a key obscure part (extended trailer tongue for Bob Yak) that I had a hard time finding other places. Their stickers are cool too. Overall, a big fan, and I'll be ordering here in the future.

This is a great company. I love this store. Couldn't find the bike I wanted anywhere in Tucson or Phoenix, thanks COVID, and wandered into Campfire to check out their inventory. Toby suggested a custom build and help me put together a quiver killer with one of their used Salsa Fargo frames. I got an amazing bike at a very good price and feel confident about using them for future repairs, upgrades, and tuneups. They also have a really good selection of bags, racks, and bikepacking gear, so you can see whether something will fit your bike and work well before buying and get advice from their staff. They also host bikepacking activities and group rides/trips if you're a newbie like me.

Campfire Cycling shop is top notch spot. Located right on the Mural Tour of downtown Tucson AZ. The new shop is easy to find, brightly sun lit with sweet hardwood floors, well stocked with anything a rider could need. Both Toby and Jake were of great help getting me back on the trail. As well both were eager to provide local knowledge for great riding in the Tucson/Patagonia areas of southern Arizona. You know a legit shop when you find it, proved by friendly knowledgeable staff, complete workshop, and an ole copy from Cosmic Ray just sitting around. Thanks guys, look forward to seeing you again.

I've purchased several things from Campfire Cycling and had them shipped. Yes it would be way easier to buy locally but when I can't find it, they seem to be the place that has stock. I've never had an issue and my package has always arrived in good shape and either on time or ahead of schedule.Their communication is great. They send confirmations and updates and make the entire transaction seamless. I hope to someday stop buy their awesome shop. If they have it and you need it, I highly recommend them.

My first experience shopping at CampfireCycling.com was a total success. The website was easy to navigate, as was checkout. I did have to contact customer service because I screwed up on something, but they helped me quickly and efficiently. My order arrived really fast (just a couple of days) even though I didn't pay for expedited shipping and I live across the country from the shop. I'll definitely be checking this place first the next time I need some bikepacking gear.
