Great, great shop! I've made a few visits recently for repairs and bikepacking gear and the whole crew over there is extremely friendly, patient, skilled, and helpful. Tucson lucked out to get such a good shop!

I want to thank Campfire Cycling again for the help and impeccable and very fast assistance, for the replacement of the salsa frame bag which unfortunately had a problem, and obviously I thank the seriousness of salsa who provided the replacement in a very short time.I recommend this shop to everyone and underline the professionalism and kindness of its collaborators.Comerio GiorgioAngera (VA) Italy

I was looking for my Surly forever in my size and color. I’m glad there was a wait and was able to make my purchase from Toby at Campfire! I drove all the way down from NW Peoria to pick it up and well worth it. The shop is one of the coolest looking bike shops I’ve been to. I made a call to confirm they had it. Toby helped me every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable when I thought my questions were dumb haha! He couldn’t have been more professional, kind and helpful which I think people need when getting into something new. I really wish it was closer in Phoenix. I’ll definitely be making a trip down soon!

I absolutely love Campfire Cycling! Their specialty is bike camping, but they'll work on any kind of bike. I took my city commuter bike there and am so happy. My bike is 10+ years old and well loved, and needed a bunch of work done. I took it to another local shop first and they gave me an estimate of over $500 to fix it. Their recommendation? Throw out this bike and get a new one. Is this a thing?, I asked myself, and perhaps the mechanic too. So I reassured my bike that everything was going to be ok and took it home.At the recommendation of a friend, I took my sweet bike to Campfire instead. Total repairs? Under $200, and when they didn't have a part they needed, they recommended I visit Bicas instead of spending a ton of money (and time) to get it shipped. Repair completely finished within a day. Hooray Campfire! You rock.

Pretty much the only place I shop for bike packing. Campfire curates their products and uses they, too, so you can be sure you are buying quality. Their pricing is competive and shipping is always timely.

I bought a bombtrack cale online from Campfire cycling. Called the store first to ask a few questions and got them answered by David. I then went online and ordered and the bike was delivered about 5 days later. And it is sweet!

I ordered a Salsa Journeyer through Campfire, and the experience was top-tier. The level of email communication I received was stellar. I received the bike very quickly, and the packaging was so good that it was nearly bomb proof. I'm very happy with my experience, and highly recommend them. Absolutely love the bike. A++ in every regard.

Ordered a Bombtrack Hook EXT-C Gravel bike at a good price. Bike was drop shipped from Velo Star, the distributor which took about 4 days. The bike was heavily enough discounted that they did charge an additional $175 for shipping which I can tell you is a bit steep for a company that has a FedEx account considering it's a 31lbs box. Either way, when I took the bike into the mechanic for assembly and tune they told me the bike was in fact not tubeless ready and needed tape and valves. When I contacted customer service I got their voicemail and then 20 mins later a phone call back saying that tubeless ready means that the wheels are capable of being run tubeless not that their setup for it. When I asked for them to at least refund the cost of the tape they told me no because I already got a good deal on the bike and that their margins were too low... Which is a poor excuse considering they charged extra for shipping and never had to hold the bike in inventory in the first place. Decent enough customer service but buyer beware on some of what their website promises.

I'm lucky enough to have Campfire as one of my LBSs! They have a fantastic selection of bikecamping & touring bicycles, equipment and components. I'm just getting into cycle travel, and am outfitting my older Surly Ogre for hauling. Also working on getting myself into cycling shape for some overnighters.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Ordered a fairly obscure part online from them and had some issues with the delivery, but they cleared everything up with a simple phone call.

Fairly new to cycling and just brought in my road bike for a basic tune-up. Staff was awesome and very accommodating, price was cheaper than anywhere I've seen in town, and my bike has been riding great ever since. Will happily come back for future maintenance.

They did a quick, on-the-spot repair of my Kona while showing me what was wrong and how to fix it myself. It was such a positive experience in such a cool spot that I actually paid them twice what they charged me.

Campfire cycling saved my riding season and provided customer experience that I haven't found anywhere else. I inquired about an order outside the lower 48 and they responded super fast and found a way to ship a monster build all within a couple weeks. The bike shipped in secure packaging and without any issue. They responded super quick with all communication throughout the entire process and even helped get my bike adjusted for my height/weight. Thanks to everyone at Campfire Cycling for such a buttery smooth purchase process and going above and beyond to get my bike built.

It’s been a very involved process, but I just had an incredible ride on my Radrunner Ebike tonight thanks to Tobias with Campfire cycles. My bike arrived over the weekend, and Tobias made it a priority to get my new bike built quickly enough to get it to me for the Tuesday night ride. I think I may have rushed him a bit, and a quick test ride resulted in a blowout. These things happen, not a big deal, ordered two inner tubes on Amazon and Tobias installed one quickly tonight and will provide another when it comes in stock. Rode for a long time with confidence. Fast build, friendly staff, great overall experience. Stayed late and prioritized me after my blowout. Waited for accessories to come in before starting my build per my request. Will definitely be back.
