“Enterprise continues to provide me with excellent service. The Tucson Airport team was wonderful, Jasmine and Frances went above and beyond to make sure I was in a SUV that was my preference. (I don't like the navigation system and lack of touch screen in Mazda's SUVs) With smiles and delightful attitude they got me into a RAV4 and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. “The Enterprise on 5150 Speedway Blvd. was Outstanding to work with!!! Hardworking, courteous, and absolutely wonderful to work with!! The insurance company that hit me was hard to get ahold of and they were diligent in the authorization through, which was supposed to already been taken care of through the insurance company. They had to get me into 2 different vehicles as guick as possible and they did. Angelika the manager was just exceptional. She was kind, considerate and excellent on following up with me. “This is one of the best Enterprise locations in Tucson. Parking spaces are decent and there are lanes for rental returns. The lobby is big and staff is very friendly and accommodating. They offered to drive my son and I and another customer to our drop off locations a mile away. This was a huge relief since we had luggage, a cello and golf clubs between the 3 of us and Uber prices were ridiculous. Check in and out was quick and efficient and met with smiles. Much appreciated in an era where customer service can be lacking. I will drive 30 min from my home just to rent at this location.”

“This was my first time renting an accessible van in Tucson. My dad lost his ability to walk in January and had to go to a group home. So he hadn't been in a car since last December. On the phone, he kept telling me how he missed going for rides in the countryside around Tucson. So when I went down to visit him, I rented an accessible van from Wheelers.I was bit worried about how to get my dad's wheelchair into the van. But the person at the pickup location showed me everything I needed to do to put down the ramp and tie down the wheelchair safely. When I picked up my dad, I was able to wheel him into the van and lock down the wheelchair in five minutes.My dad was very happy to get out and drive. I haven't seen him that happy in a long time. I'm so glad that Wheelers gave me that opportunity to make my dad happy on his 90th birthday.”
“I'm impressed with the feedback. I need preferably a pickup truck. I'm going to go see them as I don't have a pile of money for a down payment but I need a vehicle that oftentimes I can help people out when they're moving. I live at 4554 s. Palo Verde Apt 611 and I'm sick of the bus. I WILL NOT make a deal on preferably a truck unless I'm confident that I can handle the payments and insurance. I'm on Disability and work part time. Hopefully I can get a reasonable deal with APS.”

“The young man in front was knowledgeable and informative, professional with acceptable people skills. I was caught off guard when all of a sudden I was told I had to leave a $250 deposit. I didn't mind the deposit. The only thing is it's been 9 days since returning the carand my deposit still hasn't been returned. Other than that the car was clean perfectly working condition no issues whatsoever. Besides getting my deposit back. I would rent there again and recommended to anyone and everyone who needs a vehicle. Just make sure to know that in 2 weeks you will not be getting your deposit”
