“I took a trip to Tucson, Arizona. I reserved the car through Delta. I got great assistance when I called before my trip to get some questions answered. Picking up the car was easy. Christine did a great job getting me checked in. I got a Hyundai Sonata hybrid. It was easy to drive and saved me gas. It was also easy to turn in. Jesus helped me with that and did a great job.”

Upon returning the vehicle to a different location, staff was also just as professional and friendly. “I travel for work and rent cars often from many different rental car companies. This location in Tucson was possibly the best Enterprise experience I've ever had!
They called about a week ahead to confirm my reservation, which no rental car company has done with me before. Then when I arrived to pick up my car, the car was ACTUALLY ready! I even showed up early anticipating a 20-30 minute wait, but instead I was in and out in about 10 minutes!! This is extremely rare in my experience.
The car was a normal Mazda and it was perfect for my needs for the day. I returned it on time and the return was processed quickly. I was just about to call an Uber to get home when Kyle (manager?) stopped me and said that they would give me a ride!! This saved me the time and cost of an Uber and I REALLY appreciated it!
Everyone that I interacted with at this location was friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the car was great. Highly, highly recommend renting from this location when you're in Tucson.”

I’ve rented domestically and internationally (including Bogota and Amsterdam) with National and always have received great service, smooth check in and return, never any unnecessary charges or surprises. Honestly miles above Hertz and other companies. I rented almost exclusively from hertz for years but switched due to some bad experiences and I have zero regrets about switching to National.”

Another great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car!
My work truck had to go into the shop, so I booked a rental. I actually showed up a day later than my original reservation and was happy to take whatever they had available on the lot.
While I was waiting, there was only one person handling rentals, customers, and phone calls. I have to give him credit—he did a great job multitasking and never missed a beat. I later found out that he had been promoted, and it was great to hear. Good people and good work should be recognized.
My drop-off was just as seamless. I also had the opportunity to meet Josh, the manager—great energy and great customer service.
The rates were reasonable, and I already have another rental coming up. For me, this location is easy in, easy out. Sometimes you just need to bring a little patience and remember that the people behind the counter are doing their best to take care of everyone.

So, back to Enterprise Rent-A-Car for a few days while my work truck was being repaired.
I unknowingly showed up a day early for my reservation, so I just took whatever they had left on the lot, which ended up being a smaller vehicle. They gave me the option to come back the next day and get what I originally reserved, but what I had worked just fine.
I only waited a couple of minutes. They had one person working at the time, and he did a great job multitasking—answering the phone, checking prices, handling my rental, and taking care of another customer returning a vehicle. He never seemed to miss a beat, and everything went smoothly.
Drop-off was just as easy. I also met Josh, who I believe was the manager. Great energy and great customer service.
I have more work coming up on my truck, so I already know I’ll be back to rent again.
Easy in, easy out, and a good experience all around.

“I had the most annoying ride driving to California because there was rattling that we could not find. The issue was hard to find until we stopped and located the rattling and we gave it a quick fix and showed it to the customer service representative. Ater that the car drove rattle free.”

“This was my first time renting an accessible van in Tucson. My dad lost his ability to walk in January and had to go to a group home. So he hadn't been in a car since last December. On the phone, he kept telling me how he missed going for rides in the countryside around Tucson. So when I went down to visit him, I rented an accessible van from Wheelers.I was bit worried about how to get my dad's wheelchair into the van. But the person at the pickup location showed me everything I needed to do to put down the ramp and tie down the wheelchair safely. When I picked up my dad, I was able to wheel him into the van and lock down the wheelchair in five minutes.My dad was very happy to get out and drive. I haven't seen him that happy in a long time. I'm so glad that Wheelers gave me that opportunity to make my dad happy on his 90th birthday.”
“I'm impressed with the feedback. I need preferably a pickup truck. I'm going to go see them as I don't have a pile of money for a down payment but I need a vehicle that oftentimes I can help people out when they're moving. I live at 4554 s. Palo Verde Apt 611 and I'm sick of the bus. I WILL NOT make a deal on preferably a truck unless I'm confident that I can handle the payments and insurance. I'm on Disability and work part time. “Esteban is the best. I made my reservation through Costco, they gave me a great deal so I booked it. I called to confirm my booking the day before my trip, changing nothing about the details. Afterwards, my booking price had nearly TRIPLED. I called Avis and they claimed I “rebooked” it. They said it would take 3 days for the rate to go back with no promise of reimbursement if I went ahead with the tripled rate. He fixed it for me and gave me the original price after showing him the before and after of the trip details not changing. Thank you for doing more than the actual helpline, dude!”

Then, oddly enough she said the unit was not a hybrid, which it absolutely was! So $77 inflated to $141! Damn! They soar by selling the insurance. How could she not know the Escape was a hybrid?”
“I was very pleased with the process of renting the one-way 26' truck. The older gentleman in the office was kind and quick. He was patient with me as this was the 1st big truck I have rented in a long time. The truck was clean inside with a few brusies on the outside. It ran like a champ to Phoenix, although it had no a/c.”
