I road the bus this am and the entire bus smelled like crap. You would think they would have someone to clean the bathroom. I sat in the front and the smell was terrible. I would hate to see what the bathroom actually looked like.”
“WHAT A FALL! I found myself in need of a transport to medical facility after a fall in my home. Med Star was able to transport me from Benson to St Joseph's Hospital in Tucson. I was very well taken care of and arrived at St Joseph's safely. I was in some pain and uncomfortable, but doing well. They made sure i had some pain relief for the trip.The paramedics were very helpful and compassionate to my situation. I was admitted and evaluated and found to have broken my hip and required surgery. Everyone was very helpful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Med Star staff was very helpful and did everything they could to make me as comfortable as they could. They seemed to understand the urgency and necessity of the situation and acted with professionalism and compassion for my needs. I really appreciate their assistance and the great care that they took of me. I want to thank both of them for all their assistance and kindness I received from Med Star staff.. I was admitted and diagnosed and had emergeny surgery to repair my hip. THANK YOU to The Med Star Transport Staff for keeping me comfortable and calm and assisting me in a safe and painless trip from Benson to St Joseph's in Tucson. THANK YOU MED STAR!
FIRST TRIP TO SURGEON OFFICE!
On the morning of my first appt after surgery and I was in Rehab facility. Med Star Transport & driver John picked me up from Rehab facility on time and transported me to the surgeons office for my appt. He was very diligent to make sure I was correctly and securely set up in the transport to the office. We arrived on time at the Dr's Office and checked inuntil called. When completed, John was there to pick me up and return me to REHAB. Again he made sure I was securely set up in transport and we returned to Rehab facility..John was very conscientious about safety and my comfort. I felt very comfortable in taking my first trip out. My fears were all gone and I was okay.
My visit was great and on time. John did a great job. I would plan to have him transport me in the future with Med Star Transport!”

Kaitlin , who took my call was super helpful and saved me time and money with referring me to a reputable mechanic not to mention beating the competition for more then $500 months n the tow.The Tow driver, Chris I believe was also excellent and we had breakfast at the Waffle House waiting for the mechanic shop to open! “Great place, showed up approximately 7 and 1/2 hours early. Was assigned a door immediately. Loading took about an hour. Only complaint was port a pottie for a bathroom, but it was clean so it's all good.”

(Titan now has 3 driving schools; Shelbyville Tennessee, West Chester Ohio, and Tucson Arizona.)You can go home weekly or stay out for months at a time. I have a great driver manager. Their main office is in Shelbyville Tennessee. This is not a push over company. This company works hard to keep with newer equipment and up-to-date safety training. “Some employees don’t speak English. Most prefer to speak Spanish. I tried calling the office in Tucson and was told no employees speak English.They make frequent stops and are flexible to accommodate riders who pickups and drop offs in specific places. You definitely should plan extra time for those frequent stops in Amado, Sahuarita, Green Valley, Rio Rico etc.etc.I found them to be very polite and accommodating to all customers. Best thing is the price. In April 2024 only $15 one way Tucson to Nogales”

“Never had a problem scheduling transport. My preferred driver is very helpful, even last minute transportation is arranged quickly. I’ve been using this company for years and will not trust another company. Cleanliness of my driver’s unit is excellent, and the fact that she waits at the facility is outstanding! Vehicles are reliable and drivers and office employees are professional. Will definitely remain scheduling with them!”

“First time using this service to drop off built pallets from a trade show. I could not be more pleased. The grounds are clearly marked, the office is clean and extremely easy to use for regular customers, and the staff were friendly and professional. Some places, I wait a half hour or more for a forklift to pick my pallet off my u-haul - this was three minutes MAX.
I cannot recommend them enough for personal LTL freight.”

“I have used this service for about 7 years now and have always had great service. I don't understand the negative reviews other than people having unrealistic expectations and standards. For example, people complain about wait times but if you call a taxi service you also need to wait. I want to point out how conscientious they are regarding getting us to our doctor appointments on time. I have never been late to my appointments and they have taken me as far as Mesa Arizona from Tucson. The drivers are very kind, patient and professional. If you are disabled and need transportation there is no better company out there. From dispatch to the drivers they are the best. They truly do care about their customers so please don't be hard on them regarding return trip wait times because they do their best and again......they will always get you to your appointments on time and safely.”
