The facility is meticulously cared for, which really shows. I was struggling to wash my Jeep while handling my Frenchie, and Greg went out of his way to help me with both.

“I had initially found Aesthetic Auto Spa when they were doing mobile years ago. While they currently no longer do mobile washing and detailing, I continue to use them at their downtown location. Juan and his team are extremely reliable, meticulous, but more than that, really care about their craft. My husband is definitely way more informed than I am when it comes to car care and according to him, for it to done correctly and to get the best results, detailing cars needs a knowledge base of the craft, the proper tools and chemicals, and above all else, patience and attention to detail. That's where Aesthetic Auto Spa comes in! Aesthetic Auto Spa understands this and their passion shows in the quality of their work. If you care to know, they use CarPro products, (which car lovers say are the absolute best) and completely decontaminated water with a built-in reverse osmosis system (to mitigate water spots). That's all attention to Detail I've been referring to. Most recently, my husband dropped off my took SUV for a "wheels-off service". Juan and his team took off the wheels from the car (they have a lift in their gorgeous downtown shop). This allowed them to completely clean the inside from the back, clean the brake calipers, the wheel wells, and barrels of the wheels. This was long overdue on my 5-year-old daily driven SUV. After this, they coated the wheels with CarPro Cquartz ceramic coating. The result was showroom-quality wheels that will be easy for us (aka my husband) to maintain in the future. We also take my husband's vehicle for special detailing and services such as coating. Juan is super awesome and always finds a way to fit us into his schedule. Aesthetic Auto Spa is for those who want to take extra care of their cars and appreciate nerding out on all things high quality detailing and coating. This isn't your drive through detail shop. They take extra care to provide their services which include clear bra paint protection film (PFF), ceramic paint coatings, window tinting, and more. We're grateful to know Juan and his team and that they care as much about car care as we do!”

“My car was really bad. I had actual bugs in the car and he was very gracious to me and didn’t add the charges that I thought needed to be added, but kept it at $200 to rip out my carpet and completely get rid of all the weasels in my car. He did a very, very good job. I am very impressed.”

Then they raised their prices on exterior was. Now they are renovating and building new stores all over. I guess someone had to pay for it and that someone is us.”

“I was in the area and decided to stop by to get a wash as part of the unlimited membership. Great service. It was not busy on a Wednesday at noon. It was very clean. Great job on getting my car cleaned. I liked the fact the vacuum area has a roof over it to help with the Texas heat.
The only thing I didn’t love was the vacuums did not have as much suction as other locations (#10) I had to vacuum my floor mats several times and they were still not as clean as they should. It looks like the vacuums have this issue. Otherwise a good location.”
