I just had the best experience at Carlos Diaz Silversmith! Took in a silver ring,that has a piece of ceramic tile as the setting, that needed to be sized up. The young man assisting me was so friendly and thorough in explaining problems that could happen to the ceramic tile when heat and pressure applied and recommended two options. Being customer oriented (and professional), the jeweler started with the less expensive route and could see there would be no damage to ring. The end result was a beautiful ring that properly fits…best part at a very reasonable rate. Definitely will go back with other jewelry needs. Highly recommend!!!

Best place to fix any jewelry.I've been to three different so-call jewelry fixers most of them in the mall and they charged a lot so the chain could break in about a month or two.Took it here the fix holding strong and has been 6 months thanks guys!!

I feel so fortunate to have found Carlos Diaz Silversmith to repair my father's ID bracket from World War II. I wear it every day. His name and military ID had all but disappeared and it looks like new now. Maria and Antonio were helpful and are very knowledgeable about silver. We were fortunate enough to meet Carlos Diaz and got to talk to him about his life and his store. What an amazing family! Beautiful artistry. Nice selection. And extremely helpful staff. We wanted to buy our wedding rings in AZ. And happily, after some searching, we found this little gem of a shop!The tapered ring feels perfect in my finger. Will be ordering a hammered silver ring to handle the heavier camping/working in the dirt days as soon as we get back from this trip.
