“This is my third time using Bobbie Joe's over the years. This time, I needed all new flooring for a home I had just purchased. Josh provided awesome customer service -- from me looking at many samples in various types of light in their store and warehouse to him managing the job. He called often (but not too often) with updates on receipt of the flooring material and ensure I had heard from the two different installers -- one for the main floor and another for the carpet in my bedrooms -- on timing of their respective arrivals. He touched-base with me throughout the installation process for an update on how I felt it was going, and finally, he called after it was completed to see if I had a questions or concerns.The hard floor installer, Ron, was amazing. He worked with me as I had a very tight timeframe for when the remodel would (mostly) be completed to Ron getting in to tear-out my old flooring and managing the unexpected cracks in my foundation to installing the hard floor and baseboard. He and his assistant were very personable yet professional in my unexpected arrivals throughout the day. He exceeded my expectations on the schedule and on the quality of work. Since my remodel general contractor still has a few outstanding issues to correct (as of this writing), Ron ensured I had his contact information at the end of the project so I could contact him when my remodel is finally finished. He walked the home with me after he completed what he could and showed me what he would need to do when he returns.My carpet installers were only here for about 4 hours, but they too, did a great job. They, too, encountered a large crack in my foundation in the primary bedroom, and one of the gentlemen ensured it was filled to help prevent any issues when they laid the new carpet. He went above and beyond in addressing it rather than just laying the carpet and pad on top of it and ignoring it.My only concern with this review is they (both Bobbie Joe's, i.e., Josh, and Ron) will get so busy that it will be hard to schedule them for my next project. :-)If you want the best pricing, the best customer service, and the best quality installation, I highly recommend contacting Josh at Bobbie Joe's and Ron for your respective flooring purchase or hard floor installation needs.”
