“Update 8/26- 4/5 stars. I’m not going to bs and say 5 stars. 5 stars is reserved for over the top unattainable and nothing else to improve, white glove service with cherries and champagne on top and the price to match.
4 stars for Apollo for going out of their way to turn a 1 star review Karen customer into a 4 star. How? They replied and reached out. They appreciated my 1 star review and took it for what it was for, to get feedback and apply it to their business for improvement. They did, with grace and professionalism. I was so impressed I went in person to talk to them and feel them out. I was so impressed by Blake and his patience for my intolerance for their voicemail being full, I stayed two hours for an extensive quote. I really tested them further over the next weeks with easily a dozen different combinations of quotes and products for my entire house or one story or all carpet or all lvl or a combo. Each time they responded quickly and efficiently and were kind despite my best efforts to be an irritating, borderline Karen. They helped navigate the selection quote finance process and efficiently and attentively. Product delivery took a week longer than I would have liked but I’m a spoiled Amazon next day prime baby, and I knew this was out of Apollos control so I don’t hold it against them. It was still delivered and installed within a few days. People should remember that scheduling multiple crews of workmen across a dozen different job types is no easy feat. The installers were friendly, efficient and did better than I expected they worked out with me a small change during the job even though I bothered them and they were still nice to me while I nit picked and made them work around me while I inspected their work. My biggest complaint, they didn’t mop the floor. Oh no, end of the world! I don’t frickin care they didn’t mop after the extra unplanned day the installers spent at my house making sure the install was up to my Karen standards. I can buy a gold plated mop with the literal thousands of dollars I saved with their quote that was better than other national businesses or local shops (many of whom don’t bother returning calls for quotes). After install I dropped in to return a tool left at my house, I complained to another rep the installers didn’t mop. And I had such a nice conversation I went back in to look at floor tile and I’m going to have them retile my master bath. And I’ll be perfectly happy if they don’t mop after ward. If you want one of the best prices in town, excellent service, great install, reps that will be kind to you even if you’re a grumpy old Karen like me. Then you’ll love Apollo. Minus one star because I’m an entitled snowflake and I wanted a gold star, a cookie, a pony and for daddy to love me and I want free carpet so I’ll just be mad and withhold a star instead. But the truth is it’s 5/5 service but nobody believes bs 5/5 reviews so hopefully you read this and understand.
