We purchased my Civic in 2018. The purchasing process was pretty easy. We ended up purchasing the extended warranty. This was our mistake. We specifically stated that we are a military family and we knew that we would not live in AZ for a long period of time. Therefore, we could not always get our car serviced at Chapman. We were told multiple times that as long as we had our car serviced through any Honda dealership, it would be honored. Subsequently, we received orders for Oklahomaand now live in Texas. Fast forward to 2023, luckily we never needed the warranty but when we contacted Chapman to get our promised refund after 5 years of never using it, we were told no bc we didn't specifically go to Chapman.I love my car and still do ... however, IF YOU ARE MILITARY DO NOT PURCHASE ANY EXTENDED WARRANTIES. Chapman will not honor it and you won't see that money again.

First time for service of my 2021 Honda CR-V at Chapman Honda. Service advisor Austin Martinez was very helpful. Overall service was good and done in less than 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid flush and transmission fluid flush. Car was washed after service. Customer waiting area was clean and roomy, and free coffee was appreciated. The video by the service tech of the initial inspection was helpful.

I have bought a few cars in my life and for most salesman, talk was cheap. Once you have bought the car and left the lot, they say come see me or call anytime if you have any questions but they never contact you or check up to see how the car is. Not so with my sales professional Qwaundre "Q" Yancy, he is a man of his word. He has texted or called to check how the car was doing, see if I need anything, if I have any questions. He's been there for me just like he was when I bought the car. I did have questions with what I could not find in the manual, he had all the answers. I'm feeling so comfortable with my new car. You need a new vehicle? Come see "Q" at Chapman Honda 22nd Street and Swan. He is the man that will get you exactly what you're asking for, he's so delightful, really good guy.

We bought our Honda from Chapman Honda about 4 years ago and have had it serviced here 100%. They are great to do business with. Very honest and caring. Our service advisor is Chris Pepsis and has taken care of us. I highly recommended them. I am a retired Vice President of a small dealer group and know the business and how it should operate

I worked with Jennifer Lombardi. She is exceptional. She went the extra mile to answer questions and concerns regarding costs for my elderly aunts 2010 Honda Civic that has under 10,000 miles on the vehicle. The car is well worth the minor repairs and Jennifer made the time to assist us on a Friday afternoon when I'm sure she was busy and our concern was of minimal profit for the dealership. I went here because my car has been shaking and my cousin said that it may because of motor mounts so he suggested I go to the dealership for that. Now, it was difficult to get any information from Chapman Honda when I called, anytime they said someone would call me back to give me the information I requested they never did and I tried three separate times. I decided to just book an appointment, the assistant on the line booked me for a diagnostic. When I got to the location, I spoke with Chris and he got me situated, I got picked up, and later that day I got a text containing a link to show what needed to be fixed. It showed that something was wrong with the suspension, the boots, all fluids needed to be replaced, spark plug needed replacement, and one of the motor mounts was in terrible condition and that was causing the shaking, transmission needed to be replaced because it was leaking oil, oil pan cap was leaking oil. That's not all of it either. Something didn't feel right about it because the mechanic I frequent to, tops off my fluids, the suspension is not even two years old, brakes and mounts not even 6 months old, the oil pan has been replaced, and other things. I told them I'm just paying for the diagnostic. Picked up my car, called my cousin, he had me come into his work that day. I gave two mechanics the list of the problems Chris gave me and they went down the list. Only one thing on that list was true, and that was the cabin air filter needed to be cleaned, done in less than one minute. Everything else was fine, it's an old car but they checked it all over and nothing else on that list was true. Chapman Honda are liars trying to fetch a quick but hefty buck from car owners. I would not trust them with your car no matter what. Unless you have something in mind, go in there for that and nothing else, DO NOT listen to them. I'm in the market for getting a new car, quite close to getting a good down payment, but I will never buy another Honda if this is the place I will need to go to. Disgusting.

I just spent four (4) hours in Chapman Honda dealership waiting for an oil change even I had made an appointment, which it doesn't seem to matter anyways as they take any walk-ins that show there.In the past, I've always had the assigned technician sitting with me and explaining any recommended services or updates. Also, I always get texts/emails in my phone with this information. My technician (James) didn't take the time to sit with me nor I received any messages on my phone this time.When I finally went to find out the status of my car's service, James was unapologetic and frankly, uninterested. When I asked him how long my car had been ready, he just said: "it seems like it's been a while". So why he didn't came to me or call me to tell me my vehicle was ready remains a mystery.Finally, they didn't wash my car even if they offer a complementary wash. James just gave a free pass for a carwash store close by to make up for something they should've done there. When I got in the car, the sit and wheel were extremely hot, confirming the car had been ready and parked under the sun for a whileOverall a terrible experience. Very poor customer service, bad service and a total waste of time and money.You just lost a loyal customer, who is by the way, in the market for a new car. Unfortunately, I won't be considering Chapman as an option anymore.

I inquired about a Ford Escape Hybrid a week ago. I get a text message a couple days later from an Alejandro stating that he tried to call me but there was no answer. I didn’t have a missed call or voicemail so that was an outright lie. I tell him I’m interested and get no response. Today I called in and spoke with German who said he’d have it ready to go for me if I came in. I drive 40 minutes from Marana and get a call two blocks from the dealership that the vehicle isn’t there because it’s being detailed. This was over two hours later. Typical sleazy used car salesman tactics.Update: After waiting three weeks for them to get the car ready this is what it looked like. They didn’t bother to take care of the dents or scratches. It looked like it was just washed. Then they added $1500 in stuff no one wants. This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever encountered.

Quandre Yancy made the purchase process so easy! When we changed our minds on which vehicle we wanted at the last minute, he jumped through hoops to make the deal happen. Any issues were addressed with grace and courtesy. I highly recommend this dealership, and Mr. Yancy specifically for anyone looking to take the nuisance out of car buying! He even bought us new floor mats?

I made an appointment to have my car serviced and I could not have had a better experience. I was greeted promptly and was treated with dignity and respect. When I pulled forward I was then greeted again my my service technician. Austin was the best. He told me what to expect and gave me the price. The services I had originally scheduled were completed very timely. I had been deferring some maintenance. It turned out that it really did need to be taken care of this time. There were about 6 items including brakes that I knew needed done even before this visit. I went ahead and had it all taken care of. This was quite a bit of “add on” and I estimated it was about a days work at about 11 am. I thought I may have to leave the car overnight. They got everything completed and I was out the door before 2 pm. And the price for all of this was very reasonable considering. Austin and Chapman Honda are the best. If you need Honda service this is definitely a winner.

I had a great buying experience at Chapman Honda because of sales professional Qwaundre Yancy "Q" I came in ready to buy, knowing exactly what I wanted and"Q"executed it. He was extremely professional, courteous, helpful, giving me his desk number and work number if I think of anything else that I might need. He kept in touch, let me know when the car would be in. He went above and beyond, got a Mercedes loaner car and picked me up at home so I wouldn't have to wait for my husband to get off work to take me to honda when my car came in. He even surprises his customers buys a little something they might want for their new car. He was Charming ,funny, professional, extremely honest, felt like a family member, he was comfortable to do business with. He really hooked me up with a good price, in the end, it all worked out and I got above and beyond what I asked for. I appreciate him very much . I know he's going to go far in the business. Keep up the great work! I was not optimistic when I first walked in because I had came from another dealer and it was a terrible experience. So glad I came to Honda. Thanks "Q"

For a first time car buyer, I had no idea what I was walking into. But as soon as I entered the door I was approached by Elizabeth Cota, she was extremely friendly and welcoming. We got straight to the point and went test driving, she also made it to be a safe and comfortable environment throughout the whole process. I left with a new car and I couldn't be more thankful for Elizabeth's time and patience.
