Have had problems with the car we purchased there from the get go! First the turbo needed replacement. Fortunately it was cover by 90 day warranty. But they didn't want to do it at first. They kept my car for almost a month with excuse after excuse. Now my a/ c is out and it will cost me nearly 3000 to fix. Please take this as a warning...DO NOT GO DOWN THAT RABIT HOLE! I've only had this car for 6 mos. I'm just waiting for the next shoe to fall.

Make sure you read the CARFAX before you buy from them. They showed me a fake CARFAX to the same model and turns out my car has been in 2 previous accidents and now I can’t trade it in because I’ll be in paying off this car until the day I die. what makes it even worse, is I bought extended warranty and this car has needed new breaks, new battery, new tires, new water pump in the engine and the warranty has covered NOTHING. keep in mind this car was bought not even 8 months ago. learned my lesson to never purchase used vehicles to be honest. The risk is sketchy.

We came into see a nice used car with unbelievable price. Turns out they show low prices to reel you into the dealership to only tell you 2k-3k of additional fees will be added. We really loved the car but because of those silly add on fees we unfortunately had to walk away. I mentioned to the sales guy that other dealers don't add those and he answered very snarky stating, "why did you come here?" Flat out rude as we were going to sit and think about it but because he said that we just said never mind. Rude sales guy is the reason we won't be coming back.

I've lived in a small town for so long I think I've forgotten what the experience is like trying to buy a car in "the big city." From the time we came onto the lot and started looking, we were under pressure from the sales rep. When we walked in to discuss financing, it was that same old "let me talk to my manager" song and dance. It is such a headache! They do have a bigger selection of used cars than the small town dealers do - but, their sales service is definitely not as laid-back and no-pressure as I've (thankfully) gotten used to.

Just a bunch of crooks. Trying to sell you a vehicle that’s not worth the amount of money they’re asking for. Total joke of a dealership. I look forward to the day car manufacturers get rid of the dealership model and sell directly to the customer. If I could give them 0 stars I would in a heartbeat.

Mikaylah, my salesperson was terrific. Even though she was new, she was knowledgeable and attentive. I feel totally screwed over by the finance department. I have some credit issues after Covid and I am certain there are those much worse than mine. I traded my 2015 BMW 328i and did not get close to the Blue Book value. That was insult number one. I selected a nice 2015 Prius with low mileage. Insult number two was that I had to put $2000 down and the final blow was a $700 per mo car payment. I bought my BMW new and only had a $300 a mo payment. I decided on the Prius to save some money. I only owed $12k on the BMW. I don’t feel that the finance department did their best in getting in negotiating a deal with me. Instead, they have put me in a worse financial bind and could care less. A employee priced warranty was added which was great but still doesn’t justify the obscene monthly payment. I bought the BMW at Chapman and was treated well and fairly. I had to come in 3 times to sign paperwork that was missed this visit. I don’t think I will patronize Chapman in the future.

They deserve a ZERO no stars! They sold me a car mid day . Showed me the approved loan numbers. I picked the car up more than 24 hours later after paying a down payment and showing that I insured the car, all the required references and pay stubs before driving it off. The car has high Mileage but they claimed it had a newer engine put in.They noticed the bumper was missing some clips when detailing it so they said to schedule it to be repaired in a week. I brought it in over a week later and they kept it for 4 days. 3 weeks in to taking possession of the car they told me that the bank did not approve of the high mileage on the car and I needed to re-sign my loan for more money down and more money monthly, in essence a SPOT SCAM! I told them no , I signed a contract and they by law needed to tell me within 10 days. They were difficult and very unprofessional. They never sent me a letter or certified letter and took my car while I was working , 8 weeks after having the car and will not refund me any money! They are thieves and liars. Dirty used car salesmen . They took advantage of me. And they never put a new bumper on it like they claimed. It was the same bumper !!! AGAIN a SPOT SCAM

We were so happy with our first used car purchase at Chapman, that we went back to purchase our second car a couple years later. Sammy was better than any salesperson I have ever dealt with. His follow through, including some promised service work was amazing. He took his time with me, as I didn't come in knowing exactly what I wanted. Frank in the finance department didn't disappoint us either. Both experiences with him were fabulous. Manny in the service department also came through for me. Buying cars has never been my favorite thing to do. It's kind of up there with going to the dentist, but Chapman has turned my opinion around. Thank you to all of you for your time and efforts.

Buying a car is such a lengthy process, like seriously, every time, no matter where, 4 hours at least. I'm pretty sure it took 4 hours, from test drive to drive home, from this Chapman. And having two kids with me, I barely survived lol. But honestly, I do not regret it or have any hard feelings. The salesman Diego whom I worked with was polite and attentive, and made sure the concerns I had were addressed. Manny, the service manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The woman in the finance department, Virginia, was empathetic and kind, and made sure to work as quickly as possible to get me and my girls headed home! All of these people were professional and proficient. I recommend you start here when you're wanting to purchase a vehicle

Parked their transport trailer for a customer in front of my house this morning, blocking my ability to get to work on time. Thanks, Chapman, for being lazy or incompetent enough to not notice the driveway with a car on it...
